The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, January 2 reveals Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will tell Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) she’s officially ending her marriage.
Also coming up, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will have visions of Ian Ward (Ray Wise). Plus, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will plot. And Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) plans to double-cross Nick.
Y&R spoilers tease Matt will wake Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) up momentarily, so he can film her with his phone. “That, my two timing wife, is the key to my future,” he’ll tell her. “But you, you don’t get a future.”
At the ranch, Nick will tell Victor about his meeting with Matt. Then he’ll get a text from the villain, asking to meet right away, and Victor will say he has an idea. Nick will end up meeting Matt at the lookout. “We got a deal or not?” he’ll ask.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Ends With Two Of Them In A Deep, Dark Grave
Matt will say he wants five million and he’ll text Noah his bank account details. Nick will tell him he wants proof that Sienna’s alive. “Well then, this is your lucky day,” Matt will reply and show Nick the video he took of his wife.
“You send me the five million dollars, within the hour, or I’ll send you a very different video of Sienna,” he’ll add and take off. He’ll return to the motel room and tell Annie Stewart (Catherine Kresge) he’ll take Nick’s money. But there’ll be no happily ever after for his cheating wife and her lover boy. “The way this ends is the two of them in a deep, dark grave.”
Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will pay Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) a visit. He’ll ask her and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) if there’s anything he can do to help. Sharon will say Nick’s handling it. Adam will tell Noah he hopes Sienna is found soon. He’ll reply that he should be out there looking for her, before it’s too late.
Adam will ask if maybe Sienna took up with him to make her husband jealous. As per usual, Noah will take offence and say instead of sliming her, Adam should see Sienna as a victim. So, he’ll apologize and tell Noah if he trusts Sienna he will too. Then Victor will show up and say Nick is meeting with Matt.
At Crimson Lights, Daniel will run into Tessa. She’ll lead him out onto the patio and say she thought they could use some privacy. Daniel will ask if they’re about to have “the talk.” But she’ll say talking isn’t what she had in mind and she’ll kiss him.
“So, no regrets?” he’ll ask. And Tessa will say no, she needed to be seen and be held and feel whole again. “I called a lawyer this morning and started divorce proceedings,” she’ll admit. Daniel will feel guilty but Tessa will say what’s going on has nothing to do with what’s happening. “Mariah moved on and you gave me the courage to do the same,” she’ll add.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Ian Tells Mariah To Face Her Destiny
At a motel, Mariah will hold a photo of her, Tessa and Aria. “I used to sing to Dominic when he was in my belly, when I carried him for Abby,” she’ll tell Aria. “I don’t think a lullaby could help me at this point.”
She’ll add that every time she closes her eyes, the same nightmare appears. “Oh baby girl,” a vision of Ian Ward will say, sitting beside her. “Is that any way to talk about the person who loves you most.”
Ian will tell Mariah she needs to face the truth, which is why he’s there. He’ll say she broke off all contact with her wife and daughter and made that choice for a reason. Mariah will say maybe it doesn’t need to be that way. “You didn’t just walk away, you burned it down, for good,” Ian will reply. “Tessa’s moved on and you need to do the same thing for yourself.”
But Mariah will start crying and saying thinking of her wife and daughter are the only things keeping her hanging on. Ian will tell her it’s the only thing stopping her from meeting her true destiny. “Aria is not even your flesh and blood child, you need to reclaim what is truly yours.” Then Ian will pick up the photo and say he’s going to help her do it.
“Let them live the lives they were meant to live and you can live yours.” So, she’ll pick up the photo, tear it up and start weeping. Ian will say he’s proud of her. “I know what I have to do,” she’ll tell him. “I’m just so afraid.”
Finally, Ian will say she’s the strongest, and most amazing, disciple he’s ever had. “I am confident that you will be able to fulfill your destiny and do what needs to be done.” Mariah will say he’s right, the path is clear, the plan is set. But what does Mariah plan to do?
