The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, May 13 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will find out Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) real identity.
Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will get bad news from Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Plus, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will be concerned about Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) plan. And Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will have a suggestion for Devon Winters (Bryton James).
Y&R spoilers tease Victor will walk into Sharon’s cabin and ask Noah to tell him about Matt’s amnesia. Noah will say Matt didn’t recognize him or Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) at the park. Which means they have the upper hand. “We strike hard and fast,” Victor will reply.
At Society, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will admit to Lily that with any kind of surgery, there’s a risk of infection. “Please tell me that Cane is going to be okay,” she’ll reply and he’ll reassure her. Lily will admit she’ll be okay as soon as Malcolm Winters’ (Shemar Moore) surgery happens.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Lily Accuses Devon Of Taking It Out On Them
“It’s going to happen,” Devon will reply. “You just have to keep yourself together until it does.” She’ll add that she freaked out when Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) got arrested. But he promised he’d jump bail if he had to and it made her feel better.
Devon will balk, suggesting it’s Cane’s play to get closer to her again. “He’s doing it for all of us,” Lily will say. “Who cares, he’s helping Malcolm.” But Devon will remind her two people died last year because of him. “This isn’t about Cane,” Lily will say. “This is about Mariah and you’re taking it out on Cane and me.”
Devon will admit he’s pissed off that the judge let Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) off easy. But he still doesn’t want Lily anywhere near Cane. Lily will tell Devon he needs to face how he’s feeling. “You need to go and see Mariah.”
At the ranch, Adam will ask Nick if he’s using again and he’ll deny it. “I’m detoxing, everything’s exaggerated including hunger, you don’t need to worry about me.” Nick will add Matt won’t get another shot at their family because he has a plan.
“I’m gonna reach out to Detective Burrow,” he’ll say. “He will be there when I confront Matt. And he’ll testify I needed to do what needed to be done, in self-defense.” Adam will say what he’s talking about sounds like the definition of premeditated murder.
Nick will leave and Victor will arrive. Adam will tell his father he thinks Nick is still using but he denied it. Then he’ll spill Nick’s plan to Victor. “Is he out of his mind?” he’ll reply. “There’s no way in hell I’m gonna let him do that!”
As for Nick, he’ll arrive at the cabin. He’ll tell Noah and Sharon he’s going to find Matt and have Burrow with him. “Matt’s gonna take a swing at me and I’m gonna kill him, in self-defense.” But Sharon will say there’s no way she’s letting him do that and Noah will agree.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Patty Talks About Growing Up In Town
Meanwhile, Patty will tell Matt all about growing up in Genoa City. She’ll say Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) was obsessed with her. But Matt won’t recognize the name. Then Phyllis will walk into the coffee shop and get in Patty’s face. “Seriously, Patty, you pick the only new person in town to like you,” she’ll say.
Matt will realize they know each other. “Patty has a sordid history with everyone here in town,” Phyllis will reply and Patty will leave. Matt will say that’s the second person he’s seen her throw down with and ask if she has a lot of enemies.
“She is the enemy to anyone sane or decent,” Phyllis will reply. “So if she wants to talk to you again don’t listen.” Matt will ask for details and Phyllis will describe Patty’s many misdeeds. “She knew my daughter had a peanut allergy and she gave my daughter a kiss with peanut lips,” she’ll add. “She almost died. I hate her.”
They’ll sit together and Matt will say he remembers he’s from Los Angeles and he’ll show her his wedding ring. Phyllis will seem disappointed and Matt will also say he doesn’t know why he’s in Genoa City .”I feel like I’ve been here, but I don’t know when and I don’t know why.”
Phyllis will ask if he’s playing head games. “I have crazy big gaps in my memory and I don’t know what to do,” Matt will reply. “If you could find it in your heart to help me…” But Phyllis will say she has a lot on her plate. “Buy me dinner and I’ll see what I can do,” he’ll reply and Phyllis will agree to it.
Finally, Matt will tell her he knows he pissed off people in town. “This guy got in my face and said I’d hurt people, a woman called him Noah and she said the name Victor.” Phyllis will look worried and ask Matt what his full name is. “Matt Clark,” he’ll say, as Phyllis’ face drops. “Why? That name means something to you?”
