The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, June 3 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will tell Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) she’s come to a realization.
Also coming up, Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will discuss her job offer. Plus, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will discuss Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). And Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will tell Devon Winters (Bryton James) he can’t get past his anger.
Y&R spoilers tease Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will return home to a thrilled Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). She’ll ask her daughter how things went with Holden Novak (Nathan Owens). Claire will say it was great, especially since his father is doing so well.
Victoria will wonder if their relationship has become more serious. Claire will say she wouldn’t call it serious but he makes her happy. She’ll also say Holden opened up to her when he found out Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) was his father. “What Holden’s going through, it bonded us,” Claire will add. “It changed our connection, it made it stronger.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Lily Suggests Devon Have A Little Compassion
Speaking of Holden, he’ll walk into the coffee shop and say hello to Lily and Devon. She’ll ask him how Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) is doing. Holden will say he’s doing well. He and Lily will joke around about the nurses liking Malcolm and Devon will make a face.
Lily will get a call and walk onto the patio. Holden will tell Devon he’s sorry he interrupted. He’ll say it’s okay but he’ll tell Holden he had reasons to be suspicious of him in the past and that hasn’t gone away. “I hope you won’t use the situation to your advantage,” Devon will add. “You’re gonna have to prove yourself, the Winters aren’t your meal ticket.”
Holden will promise he’s not looking for anything from him. Lily will return and ask if everything’s okay. Holden will say everything’s fine and he’ll head out. “What did you say to Holden?” Lily will ask Devon. He’ll say he’s a big boy, he can take care of himself.
But Lily will point out he just found out he didn’t know who his real father was. “So maybe you can have a little compassion?” Devon will question why she’s giving Holden and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) a pass they don’t deserve. “You’re stuck in your anger, you’re mad at the world,” Lily will reply. “It’s really starting to worry me.”
Meanwhile, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will ask Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) if she’s having second thoughts about the club. Sienna will say she wasn’t prepared for it. Noah will worry there’s more negative than positive memories for her. “I’m afraid you might be right,” Sienna will reply. “It’s hard not to feel tainted after everything that Matt has done.”
At the GCAC, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will tell Nick she can’t believe he’d turn on her like this. “I saved your life, have you forgotten what happened?” She’ll say he’s a drug addict. “The Nick Newman I know would never do this to me!”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Stephanie Is Intrigued By The Job Offer
Nick will say he’s grateful but what happened won’t wipe the slate clean. “If you do not give my family the company back, you are going to prison.” Michael will interrupt them, as Nick gives Phyllis until the end of the day to make up her mind. If she hands over the company, he’ll convince Christine Romalotti (Lauralee Bell) the emails were fake.
After Nick leaves, Phyllis will admit to Michael it’s one guilt trip after the other and she can’t enjoy this anymore. Michael will ask if she’s ready to give it all back. “For the first time, I am realizing that’s possibly the only option I have left.”
As for Nick, he’ll end up at the ranch and ask his father if he’s buying Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) story. “Only time will tell,” Victor will reply. “We can’t underestimate him.” Nick will suggest they hand him over to Christine, in exchange for dropping the charges against Phyllis.
He’ll tell his father about the ultimatum he gave Phyllis. But he’ll say he also made a promise to his ex-wife. “I told her I will prove to Christine that the incriminating emails are fake.” And Victor will not be happy Nick went behind his back again.
Finally, Stephanie will tell Nate she’s back in Genoa City to support her son. Nate will ask how long she’ll be around and he’ll wonder if she’d consider relocating. Stephanie will say Genoa City Memorial is looking for a new chief of staff and someone put her name in.
Nate will admit it was him. He’ll say he used to be chief there and was offered the position because someone is retiring. But he turned it down and recommended her. “You’d be great,” he’ll tell Stephanie. “They would be lucky to have you.” Stephanie will admit she’s intrigued. But will she pursue the job?
