The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, September 25 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will interrogate Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will keep his nose out of Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) company. Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be stunned by Diane Abbott’s (Susan Walters) plan. And Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will catch up with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
Y&R spoilers tease Nick will see Sharon at Society. He’ll ask if she wants to grab a drink while she’s waiting for her take out. “I feel like I’m back, all the way back,” Nick will say. When he walked into Newman he felt an insane high, and it was much better than when he was on the drugs.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Diane Tells Jack About Jabot’s Counter Promotion
Sharon will tell him she can’t get over it. “I’m here with you again.” Nick will say he can’t believe how the addiction consumed him. “I was blind to everyone, I’m really sorry about that.” He’s also grateful to Sharon that she never gave up on him.
Talk will turn to his rehab stint and Sharon will ask what happened to Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow). “Are you still in contact with her?” Nick will say she went back east to be with her family. Sharon will tell Nick she’s proud of him and he’ll say he should reach out to Jack, to take him up on his sponsor offer.
Meanwhile, Diane will tell Jack that everyone at Jabot is buzzing about Vibrante. She’ll say it’s got everyone on their toes. “Including yours truly.” Jack will admit he doesn’t want their employees to feel threatened. “News of Vibrante has energized everyone,” Diane will reply.
Jack will tell say he’s going to keep his opinions about Vibrante to himself, since it obviously upsets her. “And how long do you think that’ll last?” Diane will ask, adding she plans to crush Nikki, not personally, in business. Diane will admit she’s planning to launch a Jabot counter promotion.
It will be designed to make Jabot the only cosmetics company anyone’s talking about, on the day Vibrante debuts. Diane will add the marketing department agrees they need to make sure Vibrante’s Valentine’s Day debut ends up being a Valentine’s Day massacre and Jack will be shocked.
At the Riverbank Motel, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) will tell Kyle this is unexpected. “Don’t worry, I have no intention of causing you trouble,” Kyle will say. Matt will ask what he’s doing there, as a panicked Victoria listens from inside the motel room. Kyle will tell him it’s none of his business.

Then Phyllis will come along. “Kyle, what are you doin’ here?” she’ll ask him. Matt will laugh and ask if he’s selling lipstick door to door. Kyle will look nervous as Phyllis asks again what he’s doing there. “I don’t answer to you,” Kyle will reply and take off.
Matt and Phyllis will head back to their room and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will make a quick exit. Phyllis will suggest Kyle’s following him, hoping he’ll lead him to Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). She’ll tell him after talking with her son, she’s staying in town. “I guess this is our last goodbye,” Matt will say.
Phyllis will once again beg him not to leave with that psychopath. “I’m gonna miss you,” she’ll tell Matt and she’ll kiss him. They’ll end up in bed together and she’ll ask if she’ll ever see him again. “God, I hope so,” Matt will tell her. She’ll tell him again that she’ll miss him. “You made me feel seen.”
At the ranch, Nikki will show Victor two possible logos for Vibrante. “I think you and your marketing department have done an excellent job,” he’ll reply. She’ll ask which one he likes best and Victor will say he doesn’t need to choose, he has complete faith in her.
Finally, Victoria will arrive, and Victor will say he was worried because he couldn’t get in touch with her. “Sorry, I got a little sidetracked,” she’ll reply. But Victor will say he called Newman earlier and they said she’d been gone for a while. “So, where’ve you been?”
She’ll say she spent the morning with Nick and the afternoon with her daughter. Then Kyle will call her and Victoria will tell her parents it’s just a spam call but she needs to get home. She’ll call Kyle and he’ll suggest a different meeting place next time. “Did you have someplace particular in mind?” she’ll ask. Kyle will tell her she’ll find out soon enough.
