The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, September 7 reveals Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will make a bold move on Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox).
Also coming up, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will almost get caught. Plus, Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will continue scheming. And things take a turn for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Abbott (Susan Walters).
Y&R spoilers tease Nate will arrive back at his place, with Stephanie at his side. He’ll have his arm in a sling and will seem tense. “There’s still a possibility this won’t work,” he’ll say. But Stephanie will say sure it’s possible but it’s not like he doesn’t have other career options.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Marie Admits She Was The One Who Killed Him
“For now, let’s focus on your recovery,” she’ll add. “If everything goes as planned, you’ll start physical therapy soon.” Nate’s cousins will show up, as Stephanie leaves, and he’ll tell them the surgery went well. He’ll be happy they’re there, supporting him.
Stephanie will return after they leave, with takeout for Nate. He’ll put on a video of his recorded surgery and she’ll joke about two medical nerds about to watch a surgery. “I can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon,” he’ll reply. “Or a better person to spend it with.” Then he’ll kiss her.
At the rehab clinic, the police will question Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow) about her dead husband. Nick will say it’s his fault. “I took her in my arms, to comfort her, and her husband walked in.” Marie’s husband shoved him and he defended himself. “He fell down and he must have hit his head, but he was the aggressor.”
The cop will ask Marie what she saw but Nick will say she had already left the room when it happened. “Is that true?” he’ll ask her. Marie will say no, she and her husband were alone, he came at her and grabbed her. “I pushed him away and he just went down, it was me, not Nick.”
Marie will be asked to come down to the station for questioning. Nick will look at the rehab director and ask her to do something. “It’s out of my hands,” she’ll reply. Marie will tell Nick she appreciates him being a friend but she needs to do this. Nick will tell her he’ll send a lawyer for her.
In Tahiti, Jack and Diane will go out for a hike, but Jack will make a mistake by wearing sandals. They’ll return to their room and he’ll be holding his foot. He was bitten by a big centipede. Diane will head out to get ice and in the next scene they’ll talk about how he was checked out by a doctor. Jack will say at least he’s fine.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Victoria And Kyle Immediately Make Out
At the Riverbank Motel, Kyle will send Victoria a text and ask if she’s still coming. Victoria will eventually arrive and they’ll immediately start making out. They’ll have sex and she’ll ask if she made up for being late. “Absolutely,” he’ll reply. Victoria will say she should go. “This is crazy, we can’t keep doing this.” But Kyle will ask what’s the worst thing that could happen.
Victoria will say imagine if her father, or his parents, found out. “How would Claire feel, or Summer?” But Kyle will say they don’t have to explain themselves, it’s not like they’re dating. “So we’re agreed then, this ends right here, right now?” Victoria will ask and Kyle will say yes.
Meanwhile, Phyllis will tell Matt they have a new neighbor. “We don’t need to disturb them,” she’ll add. Matt will ask if they are still targeting Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and she’ll say yes. “Nick is usually saving her, now it’s gonna be you.”
Then Phyllis will describe her rivalry with Sharon. They’ll hear giggles from the next room and Matt will say the new neighbors are having a good time. He’ll ask Phyllis if Sharon has allergies and she’ll say yes. Matt will say it’s perfect, he can be prepared with the antidote.
But Phyllis will tell him Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) did that to her daughter and she almost died. Phyllis will leave the room and her phone will ring. She’ll answer the call, just as Victoria is heading out of the room. She’ll spot Phyllis and duck for cover behind the maid cart.
Finally, Phyllis will walk away and Victoria will run back into the room. She’ll tell Kyle she saw Phyllis outside but she doesn’t think she spotted her. “What was she doing at this motel?” she’ll ask.
