The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, June 18 reveals Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will break Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) heart.
Also coming up, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will spend some quality time with Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian). And Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will make an accusation against Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Y&R spoilers tease Chelsea will walk into Adam’s office and immediately ask him what he’s hiding from her. He’ll say he was focusing on a deal memo and he’s not hiding anything. She’ll ask what he was working on on his computer.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Chelsea Asks Adam If He Broke Promise Already
“Did you break your promise to me already?” a furious Chelsea will ask. “You promised me that we would be partners. Now I’m questioning all of it.” So, Adam will tell her he didn’t publish one thing about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
“Then what were you looking at on your computer?” she’ll ask again. And he’ll show her a website about zombies. He’ll say he’s preparing to play a game about zombies with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and Johnny Abbott (Paxton Mishkind).
Chelsea will apologize, as she should. Adam will say he thought she’d seen that he had grown. “And that my love for you and for our family, it’s stronger than my hatred for Billy Abbott.” Then they’ll kiss and make up and make love on the couch.
At Society, Daniel will have dinner with his father. He’ll say Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) is doing well and has even made some friends. Danny will tell his son he’s glad he’s working through his pain by taking guitar lessons.
“I know it’s unconventional, but I really do think it’s helping me find my way,” Daniel will reply. He’ll admit everything is tough without Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). “Sometimes at night I find myself reaching for her while I’m sleeping.”
Talk will turn back to his guitar lessons and Danny will ask Daniel if he and Tessa are more than friends. He’ll say they are just friends and he finds Tessa easy to talk to. Then Danny will ask Daniel what he would think if he asked Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) to marry him.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Mariah Has Another Flashback About Him
Meanwhile, Mariah will have another flashback to drinking with the stranger (Michael Swan) on her business trip. In her second flashback, they’ll come close to kissing. Then she’ll pick up her phone and make a call. “I really need to see you, now,” she’ll say to Tessa. “Do you think you could meet me?”
Tessa will show up and Mariah will say she hates that she’s done this to her and their family. Tessa will ask Mariah to take her hand. “Together, we can get through this.” But Mariah will say she can’t. “And we can’t keep doing this anymore.”
Tessa will tell her she can’t keep hiding what she did. “I know we’ve always been honest with each other, but I cannot ever tell anyone what I’ve done,” Mariah will reply. Then Tessa will be shocked, when her wife says she thinks it’s best if they separate. “I won’t let you leave me, when you need me the most,” Tessa will say. But Mariah will tell her nothing’s going to change her mind.
Tessa will ask Mariah to please just tell her. “I love you so much but I can’t do this, with you.” Mariah will reply, getting up to leave. “Do you really think I don’t know what you did?” Tessa will say. “You got drunk and you slept with someone else.”
But Tessa will add she doesn’t have to apologize because she’s already forgiven her. “I’m going to be here for you no matter what.” So, Mariah will tell her it’s not as simple as a one night stand. “It’s so much worse.” She’ll say it’s the way it has to be and she’ll leave.
Finally, Daniel and Danny will walk into the coffee shop and Daniel will see Tessa on the patio. So, he’ll go check on her. Daniel will ask if she wants to talk and Tessa will say she can’t. But then she’ll fly into his arms, weeping.
