The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, July 13 reveals Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will tell Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) he wants Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to pay.
Also coming up, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will get emotional. Plus, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) will reminisce with Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). And Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will visit Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Y&R spoilers tease Kyle will meet up with Billy at Society. “As crazy as all of this has been, it’s over now,” he’ll tell his nephew. “You don’t have to worry anymore.” But Kyle will say he doesn’t know it for sure. They’ll talk about how much they love Jack and how relieved they are he’s okay. Billy will say he can see Kyle being a leader of the family one day.
After all, he saved his mother and stopped his father from bleeding out. “You got Jack in you.” Billy will talk about how when he and Jack’s father died, Jack needed to take over the role. He’ll admit that when Kyle was born he felt like he was being replaced.
Y&R Daily Scoop – It’s Time They Get Their Happily Ever After
Talk will turn to how they’ve both been obsessed with revenge against Victor. Billy will say it’s a madness. However, Kyle will tell him doesn’t have a choice. “Someone has to pay for my father almost dying.” Billy will say Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) is evil and Kyle will agree. But the person he’s focused on is the one who started the whole nightmare.
Billy will warn Kyle wanting revenge and getting it are two very different things. He’ll add that Victor’s family always back him and he always comes out on top. “Not this time,” Kyle will reply. He’ll ask Billy to be his secret weapon and join him in getting payback. Billy will say he’d love to. But things have changed, namely the size of his family, and he can’t join him.
At the hospital, Diane will sit at Jack’s bedside. He’ll tell his wife she should get some sleep. “Try and make me go away,” Diane will say. Jack will say he wouldn’t want it any other way, with her by his side. “And that’s exactly where I’m going to stay,” she’ll reply.
They’ll talk about Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) and how she didn’t tear them apart. “It’s time to get on with our happily ever after,” Diane will say, kissing him. Jack will tell her they have so much time to make up for. “Fair warning, if I ever see Patty Williams again,” Diane will say to her husband.
But Jack will promise she won’t harm anyone else ever again. Diane will tell Jack she’s going to go home, take a bath and dream of him. Then Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will arrive to visit her uncle. She’ll talk about how she felt when she saw him walk into Society with Patty. “Are you about to tell me I told you so?” Jack will ask.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Smiles When He Sees The Photo
He’ll say Patty’s out of the picture now and he and Diane are going to start their lives all over again. “It better stay that way,” Abby will reply. “Because we need some happy endings.” She’ll head out and Jack will flash back to Patty stabbing him. Then he’ll think about his father.
At the Abbott estate, Lauren, Ashley and Traci will arrive. “We need to recover from this ordeal,” Ashley will say. “And yet, what a miracle,” Traci will add. Traci will be impressed with the cleaning crew. However, Ashley will say the house needs more than a cleaning, it needs a purification.
Traci will thank Lauren for always being a wonderful friend to Jack. Lauren will say she’s jealous of them, having siblings. She was a spoiled only child, until she found out about Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). Talk will turn to John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) and both Traci and Ashley will flash back to moments they spent with their father.
Traci will suggest they raid the wine cellar and have a girls night. Ashley will tell her to get some salt, to purge the demon Patty from the house. Then Diane will walk in. Traci will ask how she is and she’ll say she survived. “You’re home now,” Ashley will say and Diane will get emotional. Abby will utter the same thing when she arrives. “This feels different,” Diane will reply.
Finally, Diane will admit when she was held hostage she was really scared and she’ll start crying. So Traci will tell her to let it all out and she’ll give her a hug. Abby will suggest they take a group selfie and send it to Jack. At the hospital, he’ll hear the notification and grab his phone. And Jack will smile when he sees the photo.
