The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, May 26 reveals Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have news for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Also coming up, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will have a big ask for Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will find Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). And Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) plans to be the next Mrs. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis will walk around her office flipping out. She’ll leave a message for Matt, saying he needs to give her a chance to explain herself. Phyllis will lie and she’ll say she has feelings for him.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Matt Clark Leans In To Plant A Kiss On Phyllis
Matt will foolishly call Phyllis and he’ll ask if she really does have feelings for him. Phyllis will ask if he’ll come by her office. When he shows up he’ll say Patty told him she was going to trade him to the Newmans.
He’ll ask if she’s playing him so she can keep all this stuff and she’ll say no. “Maybe you could talk to them and get them to see me the way you see me,” Matt will say. Phyllis will say she doesn’t connect with a lot of people and with him it was instant.
“I’m really happy to hear that, I feel the same way,” Matt will reply and lean in to kiss her. But he’ll stop short, when he remembers he’s married. Phyllis will tell him his wife’s name is Sienna and Matt will tell her the name doesn’t ring a bell.
At Crimson Lights, Jack will encounter Patty. She’ll ask if he got her flowers. “I did,” he’ll reply. “And I promptly threw them in the trash.” Jack will add he has no interest in her. But Patty will tell him she’s never met a challenge she doesn’t embrace. “You and I, we have a connection,” Patty will add. “And you’re going to be very surprised how this works out.”
Jack will arrive home and tell Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) he hasn’t heard from Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). “And she hasn’t even reached out to Kyle.” Traci will ask if he’s just going to roll over. And Jack will say no, he’s going to get revenge on Victor. But Traci will tell him he needs to focus all his energy on Diane.
Meanwhile, Adam will join Billy at Society’s bar and Billy will buy him a drink. Adam will ask why he’s being so magnanimous. “Time to celebrate,” he’ll reply. “Got some really big news.” Adam will tell Billy the suspense is killing him. “Sally and I are getting married,” Billy will say. Adam will ask him to pass on condolences to Sally. “We’re building a life together and a family,” Billy will reply. “Sally’s pregnant.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Audra Will Be Sally’s Maid Of Honor
Adam’s face will drop but he’ll say he’s happy for Sally. “Billy, you wanted to rub my nose in it,” he’ll add. But Billy will pay for the drinks and leave. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will arrive and notice Adam is reeling. He’ll tell her Sally’s pregnant and she’ll ask if he’s jealous. Of course, Adam will deny it.
Back at Crimson Lights, Sally and Audra will wrap up a business meeting. But Sally will stand up and immediately grab the table. “Sally!” Audra will exclaim and ask if she’s okay. She’ll tell her friend she just got light headed. Then she’ll have a big ask.
“Audra Charles, would you be my maid of honor?” Audra will say she would be thrilled. Billy will arrive and Sally will tell him her news. After Audra leaves, Billy won’t tell Sally that he just bragged to Adam about their engagement and her pregnancy.
At the ranch, Nick will arrive. But before he goes inside, he’ll pop a pill. Victor will say he just got a call from Patty, about Matt Clark. Then he’ll inform his son he found out he’s negotiating with Phyllis behind his back. Nick will say that’s what he wanted Phyllis to think. But they have leverage, since she’s aiding and abetting a criminal.
“It’s gonna work but I know for a fact Phyllis does not have Matt,” Nick will add. Then Patty will arrive, looking to make a deal. She wants Victor to let everyone know she’s changed. In fact, she’ll soon become one of Genoa City’s most prominent citizens. Victor will ask Patty how she’s going to pull it off. “I’m going to become Mrs. Jack Abbott,” she’ll reply. Nick will tell her she’s delusional.
Finally, Nick will get a text from Phyllis and show it Victor. They’ll leave Patty in the dust and show up at Phyllis’ office. She’ll ask Nick why he brought Victor. “Phyllis this ends, right here and now,” Victor will reply.
