The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, February 17 reveals Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will lie to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Also coming up, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will agree to have dinner with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and her grandparents. Plus, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will ask Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for a favor. And Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) has a big ask.
Y&R spoilers tease Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will once again discuss redecorating the house. She’ll promise him that if he just has faith in her, he won’t be disappointed. Diane will tell him to pack his bags, when they return, the house will have a refresh.
At the park, Kyle will run into Claire and he’ll notice something is off. “When I asked you about rescheduling, your response was if you insist,” she’ll reply. He’ll say he was joking but she’ll say he wasn’t. “Please don’t just brush this off.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Claire Tells Kyle Victor Has Agreed To Dinner
Kyle will say it feels futile to him. “I know you love your grandfather, I would never want to interfere with that,” he’ll add. “Is it that important for Victor to accept us together?” Claire will say it is. “Very much.” Kyle will say there’s no way Victor will change his mind.
“What if Victor never accepts us?” Kyle will ask. And she’ll say she won’t walk away from him just to appease her grandfather. Then Kyle will agree to have dinner with Claire and Victor, if he’s free tonight.
Speaking of Victor, he and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will approach Lily. It’ll be awkward but Nikki will tell her if there’s anything they can do to smooth things over they will. So, Lily will say maybe there is. She wants Victor to look into someone for her. “His name is Damian Kane.” And Victor will agree to do it.
Claire will arrive and she’ll ask if they’ve ordered meals. Nikki will say they’re just getting warm drinks. “I would love to have dinner with you,” Claire will reply. “And Kyle would like to join us, would that work for you grandpa?” Nikki will tell Victor it’s just dinner. “You can manage that.”
Claire will say Kyle’s important to her and so is Victor’s blessing. Nikki will quip that Newman women don’t give up until they get what they want. Victor will reluctantly agree to it and Nikki will tell Claire not to worry, she’ll be there too.
Then Claire will head outside and call Kyle, asking him to meet her at Society. “My grandfather said yes,” she’ll add. Kyle will be surprised and he’ll sarcastically tell her he’d be delighted. Claire will say her grandmother will be there too. “Super,” he’ll reply. “Into the lions den,” he’ll say to himself, after he hangs up.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Lily Talks To Nate About His Half Brother
Meanwhile, Audra will tell Holden to stay away from her. But then Nate will walk over to them. Audra will play it cool, saying she just happened to run into Holden. Nate will ask him if he can get through to Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) about his mother.
But Holden will say no. “It’s best for everyone to forget any of this every happened.” After Holden leaves, Audra will suggest to Nate that he let it go. “You can’t control Damian and if you keep pushing, and Amy keeps getting her hopes up, what if that causes her more pain?”
Nate will be suspicious. “I thought you supported this reunion,” he’ll reply. Audra will blame Damian’s stubbornness. “No, that’s not all of it,” Nate will say. “Did Holden say something to change your mind?”
Audra will lie and say she doesn’t think Holden said much of anything to her before Nate arrived. She’ll say Damian has to want it and he doesn’t. And she’ll look uncomfortable when Nate phones his half brother and leaves a message, asking him not to leave town.
Finally, Lily will arrive and they’ll discuss Damian. Audra will say she has to make a call. But as she heads out on the patio, she’ll see Holden walking in. Audra will tell him to leave and he’ll ask if she’ll meet up with him later. But will she?
