The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop for Wednesday, September 23 reveals John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will plead with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to change her mind.
Also coming up, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) will find out what Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) been up to. Plus, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint Victor) will continue to worry.
B&B spoilers tease Sheila’s been hanging around the Bikini Bar a lot lately, even though she and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) are divorced. They’re still friends, and she’s confided in him about how out of sorts she’s been lately.

Sheila has also brought up the fact that Taylor rejected Deacon’s marriage proposal. And she can’t understand why he isn’t more upset about it. Sheila believed making Taylor his wife was the reason her ex begged her to sign the divorce papers.
Instead, the world renowned psychiatrist turned Deacon down flat. Of course, this doesn’t mean Taylor wants to break up. So, she’ll be none too happy to learn Sheila has been getting cozy with Deacon and opening up to him. But what’s she going to do about it?
Meanwhile, a spoiler photo of Carter at Forrester Creations on Wednesday shows him looking unhappy. It’s puzzling since he should be thrilled the dirty trick he pulled on Steffy worked out in his favor. Will he start having second thoughts about his scheme?

Finally, Steffy threw Finn for a loop, just as he was getting ready to leave for a conference. “I know this is coming out of nowhere,” she said. “But what if Daphne and Carter’s surrogate and egg donor is me?” Not surprisingly, Finn was confused. “You?” he asked.
On Wednesday, he’ll let his wife know he is firmly against it and he’ll grill her about this out of the blue decision. But can Steffy bring Finn around and convince him this is something she needs to do for her best friend? Stay tuned!
