The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, January 12 reveals Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will find out Newman Enterprises is under attack.
Also coming up, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will threaten to let Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) loose. Plus, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will celebrate their victory. And Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be irritated with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Y&R spoilers tease Sally and Billy will run into Phyllis and Cane in the GCAC lobby. Billy will ask why Cane’s there with Phyllis and looking cozy. “What’s that all about?” Cane will ask why he cares. Billy will say he wants to know what they’re cooking up.

Sally will get frustrated and suggest they leave. But Billy won’t let up. Phyllis will ask why Billy’s poking around their business. “How much capital have you had in your entire life?” she’ll add. “What do you have to show for all the chances you’ve gotten?”
After Cane and Phyllis leave Sally will ask Billy what’s going on. “Cane and Phyllis have plans to go after Newman Enterprises.” He’ll admit he heard them talking about it. So, she’ll ask if he’s upset that they’ll best Victor and not him. Billy will say he kind of wishes it was him but he’s happy someone’s going to take Victor down.
As for Cane and Phyllis, they’ll head to Crimson Lights and she’ll ask him if he’s really ready to pull the trigger on this. Or will he change his mind? “Phyllis,” he’ll reply. “It’s done. The attack has been launched.”
They’ll end up at his train and will have celebratory sex. Phyllis will ask when they’ll take over Newman. “Are you sure about this?” Phyllis will say. “I just want to make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons.” He’ll say he’s doing it because she made it make sense. “I’ve waited for this for a really long time and I’m gonna win,” Phyllis will reply.
At the ranch, Matt will ask Jack to take him to the Abbott estate. “It’s much cozier at your place.” Once again, Jack will ask Victor if they have a deal. The Mustache will look at his phone, concerned. “What is it Victor?” Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will ask. “Is something wrong?”
Then Victor will walk out of the room. “Dude,” Matt will say to Jack. “It looks like you totally wasted a trip.” Jack and Nikki will head to the alcove and he’ll ask why Victor just left and wonder what could be more important. She’ll say she has no idea.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Kyle Says He’s Setting A Bad Example
In the living room, Matt will tell Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) now’s his chance to make a deal and a chance to stick it to Victor. But Kyle will say he’s not interested in making a deal with a piece of garbage like him. So, Matt will turn to Nikki and ask if she’ll make a deal with him.
“You are pure evil, you should have been burning in hell these last 20 years,” she’ll reply. Matt will ask what Nikki’s plan is. “Are you going to bore me to death?” Jack will jump to Nikki’s defense and Matt will ask if there’s still something between them. He’ll say Victor wouldn’t appreciate that.
“You know who else isn’t going to appreciate it?” he’ll add. “Your total smoke show of a wife, boy are you punching above your weight.” Both Jack and Kyle will go after Matt but they’ll stop themselves. Then an angry Kyle will turn to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and tell him he enables his father. “It’s a hell of an example you’re setting for your son,” he’ll say.
Nikki will tell Jack she can’t believe he’d turn this monster loose on her family. But he’ll say Victor is hurting people in his family. “If Matt Clark walks free, that is on Victor’s head.” Victor will return and tell Jack Matt Clark is his until he’s good and ready.
“You have until tomorrow morning,” Jack will tell him and he and Kyle will leave. Shortly after, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will walk in and Victor will ask her to sit down. “Our family is under attack,” Victor will tell Victoria, Nikki and Adam. “It’s the AI program, it’s turned on its host. It is gutting Newman Enterprises as we speak.”
Finally, Billy and Sally will return to his apartment. She’ll head to another room and Billy will call Jack and say he has some news. So, he’ll put Billy on speaker and he’ll say Cane and Phyllis are targeting Newman Enterprises. “That’s our answer to what was more important,” Jack will reply. Billy will say he’s got to hand it to them. “I just wish I was the one to take down Victor.”
