The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, October 27 reveals Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will shiver, as he hides from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) on the balcony.
Also coming up, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will catch up with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Plus, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will run into Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). And a nervous Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will attempt to distract Billy.
Y&R spoilers tease Victoria will ask Billy what he’s doing there. Inside the apartment, Kyle will scramble to hide, as Billy asks his ex-wife if she’s going to invite him in. She’ll keep delaying and Billy will say he just wanted to see a familiar face. “I would really appreciate your ear.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sally Doesn’t Want To Bring Up Any Painful Memories
So Victoria will let him inside and he’ll see the food and two champagne glasses. “So you were entertaining when I was here earlier,” Billy will comment, as Kyle shivers on the balcony. Victoria will make an excuse, saying a local lawyer came by. They’ll talk about Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and Victoria will say she knows this isn’t easy for him.
Eventually, Billy will get up and walk over to the balcony door. He’ll say he forgot how amazing the view is. Billy will start to open the door and Victoria will panic. She’ll stop Billy and offer him food. He’ll apologize for intruding and say he’s going to head out. After he leaves, Victoria will open the balcony doors, let Kyle inside and help him warm up.
Meanwhile, Sally will bring her new baby to the Chancellor Park Cafe. She’ll point out the swings in the park and tell her she loved the swings. She felt like her toes could touch the clouds. One day, she will too. “Why stop at the clouds?” Adam will ask, coming up behind her. “Little Ruby here can reach for the stars.”
Adam will admit he’s feeling protective but wondering if it’s okay for Ruby to be outside. Sally will say she checked with her doctor and the fresh air is good for her. Adam will comment it’s great to see them both looking well. He’ll look down at Ruby and say she really is beautiful. Sally will make a face and ask how he’s doing. “I imagine it’s bittersweet.” He’ll deflect but she’ll want him to talk about it.
“You’re right, it was bittersweet,” Adam will admit. “I felt some things I haven’t felt in a while, emotions I thought I had dealt with.” It hit him harder than he thought. “Bringing up any painful memories is the last thing I want,” Sally will reply. She’ll admit Ruby’s birth brought up the same feelings for her.
“I really think Ava was there, helping us, looking out for her parents from heaven.” Adam will say it’s a beautiful way to look at it. Then he’ll tell her he should get going, before Billy comes along. Sally will say he’s in London and Adam will be shocked. “He shouldn’t have left you alone with a new baby.” He’ll add if it had been him, he never would have left.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Chelsea Realizes Nick Could Be Right About Him
At the ranch, Chelsea and Nick will dish about Billy and Sally’s wedding. She’ll gush about how the night ended, for everyone involved. Chelsea will say she’s trying to catch her breath but she wants to get back to work. She’ll admit she thought Adam would be there.
“Where do you think he is?” Nick will ask. Chelsea will say she has no idea and he usually doesn’t go off the grid. Nick will ask how she feels about Adam delivering Sally’s baby. “We’ve talked it through and we’re good,” she’ll reply.
Nick will tell her he thinks Adam could be hiding his feelings. Chelsea will get her back up and say she knows he’s not hiding anything from her. “Certainly about Sally and the baby.” Nick will say if she feels that way, he’s sure she’s right.
Finally, Chelsea will end up at Chancellor Park. She’ll ask what Adam’s doing there. He’ll lie and say he had an early morning meeting. This calculated deception highlights a deeper emotional divide, proving that the psychological fallout from Sally’s delivery is far from over.
Chelsea will head inside to grab them lattes as Adam stands on the patio and flashes back to when he delivered Ruby. But when she comes back out and sees him looking forlorn, it’ll suddenly seem obvious to her that Nick could be right about Adam.
