The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, October 17 reveals Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will be jealous, when she sees Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Also coming up, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will be suspicious of Detective Burrows (Matt Cohen). Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will reconnect with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Y&R spoilers tease the obsession with Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) continues. If he’s not onscreen, at least one of the other characters will surely be talking about him. On Friday, it’ll be Jack, who’ll mention Cane when he runs into Billy.
Jack will say he’d like peace between them and his brother will agree. He’ll bring up his mother and Jack will say Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) loves him very much and perhaps someday they’ll patch things up. Talk will turn back to Cane, as usual, and Jack will ask Billy what he thinks of him now.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Billy Is Done With Chancellor And With Cane
“I want no part of Cane Ashby,” he’ll reply. Jack will say he’s heard that story before. But Billy will say he’s done with Chancellor and Cane. “Sally was the one to make me realize what’s important.” Billy will ask about Jill and Jack will say he needs to let go of his anger and resentment.
Billy will say he doesn’t think they’ll be as close as they used to be. However, she wants to see him back on his feet. Jack will say Billy could have had that back with Abbott Communications. “Sally believes she found an investor,” he’ll reply. But he won’t say who.
Meanwhile, Audra will sip on a coffee at Chancellor Park and see Nate out for a jog. Audra will say he usually doesn’t run at this time of day. “Actually, I’m meeting someone,” he’ll reply. Then Victoria will come along. Nate will point out she’s not dressed for a run and Victoria will say she’s worried about Noah Newman (Lucas Adams).
Audra will ask what’s going on. “Noah was in a car accident in Los Angeles,” Nate will reply. Audra will ask if he’s okay. Victoria will tell Nate she’d like to discuss it with him, in private. “I know you both want to get rid of me,” Audra will say. “But Noah and I had a relationship and I still care about him. So, if this is as serious as it sounds, I’d like to know.”
But Victoria will once again repeat she’d like to speak to Nate alone. So, Audra will walk away and Victoria will tell Nate about Noah’s condition and he’ll tell her there’s hope for recovery. “Stay positive and don’t lose hope,” Nate will add.
Victoria will tell him she forgot how easy it is to talk to him. “You coming back into my life, it’s really meant the world to me.” Nate will take her hand and they’ll smile at each other, just as Audra comes along. “Sorry to interrupt your moment,” she’ll say, sneering at them, as she grabs her shopping bag from the bench.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Burrows Texts Nick’s Cell Phone Number
In LA, Nick will be shocked that someone ran his son off the road. Sharon will say if someone hadn’t called it in, Noah could have died. Detective Burrows will tell them his car could have been in the ditch for days. Then he’ll ask them what Noah was doing in LA and why he was on that road so late at night.
“Are you trying to blame this on my son?” Nick will ask angrily. Burrows will say no. They just want a timeline of Noah’s actions before the accident. Burrows will ask for Nick’s number, so he can alert them to any developments. After he leaves, Sharon will say that was strange. “Did that detective even show his ID?” Nick will reply.
Then Noah’s phone will ring. It’s Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) calling. Nick will answer the call: “This is Nick Newman.” Sienna will say she was calling for Noah. Nick will tell her he’s in the hospital, after a serious car accident. Sienna will ask if he’s all right. “How do you know my son?” Nick will ask.
Sienna will say she’s a friend. “Do you have any idea what he was doing the other night?” Nick will inquire. But Sienna will hang up. “This feels off Sharon, that detective and now that woman who claims to be Noah’s friend. There’s something wrong here, I can feel it.”
Sharon will head to Noah’s hospital room and Nick will figure out the password for Noah’s phone. He’ll start looking through it. Then he’ll call Sienna again but she won’t pick up.
Finally, Burrows will be outside, on his phone. “I talked to the parents, Nick and Sharon,” he’ll say to the person on the other end. “I told them what we agreed on, they seem to have bought it.” Then he’ll text the person Nick’s cell phone number.
