The General Hospital (GH) preview for the week of August 17 hints Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) wants to team up with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Also coming up, Ric Hearst (Rick Lansing) will tell Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) he’s alarmed by Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) relationship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will pay Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) a visit.
GH spoilers tease Sonny will arrive at Pentonville, to see his nemesis. “It was only a matter of time before you showed up,” a grinning Sidwell says to the former mobster in the GH weekly preview. “Beige is not your color,” Sonny will reply.
GH Preview – Ric Worries About The Connection Between Them
Meanwhile, Ric has been watching Liz and Dante like a hawk. And he doesn’t like what he sees. As far as he’s concerned, the growing closeness between his girlfriend and Dante will lead to nothing but trouble in his own relationship.
So he’ll express his concerns to Dante’s ex-wife. “There’s a growing connection between the two of them,” he’ll tell Lulu. “And if we don’t break it, we’re going to lose the loves of our lives.” However, Lulu will look skeptical. But Ric may be right. The preview shows Dante and Liz sharing a bottle of wine in her home.
Finally, Drew will run into Ava at the Metro Court Pool and join her for a drink. For some reason, instead of going after Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), he’s focusing all his efforts on revenge against Sonny.
General Hospital Preview – Will Ava Ultimately Agree To Help Drew?
“Together, we can take Sonny down,” Drew will tell Ava. Although she’ll smile at him, will she ultimately agree to help Drew crush him? And if so, what kind of plot will they come up with to destroy Sonny?
