The General Hospital (GH) preview for the week of July 6 hints Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) friends and family will celebrate her return to Port Charles.
Also coming up, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will turn to Anna for assistance. Plus, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) won’t take any guff from Z (John Oliver).
GH spoilers tease Carly’s going to have it out with Z. In a sneak peek video that dropped on the weekend, she tells the shadowy head of the WSB to fire Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). He’ll quip that he’s never had someone’s mommy tell him to lay off their child before.
GH Preview – Carly Tells Z Joss Has Risked Her Life For Last Time
However, Carly isn’t about to relent. “My daughter has risked her life, in the name of duty, for the last time!” she says in the GH weekly preview. Then Carly will proceed to haul back and slap him in the face.
Later, Z will pay Joss another visit at the hospital and she won’t look happy to see him. But will he have bad news and tell her he’s firing her from the WSB? Or is he going to defy Carly and keep Joss on as an agent?
Meanwhile, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Emma Scorpio (Braedyn Bruner) will arrange a homecoming party for Anna. Felicia will walk in with her friend and Emma, Mac Scorpio (John J. York), Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will excitedly welcome her home.

Finally, Anna will receive a surprise visitor and it’ll be none other than Liesl. “I’m here to ask for your help,” she’ll say to a stunned Anna. But what does Liesl want, and will Anna be willing to help her?
