The General Hospital (GH) preview for the week of September 1 hints Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will take a bullet. But who will shoot him?
Also coming up, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will have a long list of suspects to go through.
GH spoilers tease numerous Port Charles residents would like nothing more than to kill Drew. The congressman has been wreaking havoc for months, threatening and blackmailing many.
GH Preview – Anna Wonders Who Tops The Long List Of Suspects
“How many people do you think want Drew Cain dead?” Anna asks Dante in the GH weekly preview. Dante will tell it like it is. “That’s a long list,” he’ll reply. So, Anna will wonder who’s at the top.
The preview also shows flashes of that list of suspects. It includes Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who Drew has been blackmailing. Her estranged husband Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), who has threatened Drew, is also shown. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is also on the list.
Then there’s Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), who recently left him at the altar. There’s also Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) who blames Drew for ruining her relationship with Willow. And Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), who has despised his uncle ever since he broke up his marriage by sleeping with his wife.

Others in town have threatened Drew as of late, including Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Let’s not forget he had Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) arrested. Even her niece Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) hates his guts.
Finally, Drew will spend what looks to be a quiet evening at home. He’ll sip on a drink and a shot will ring out. Drew’s head will go back, as his eyes widen and his mouth opens. But who pulled the trigger? And will Drew survive?
