The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will take the ice bucket challenge a little too far.
The Y&R video preview indicates Phyllis and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will let their claws come out during a very public battle at the Newman Media Launch party.
The event will take place at the Grand Phoenix, which will make Phyllis believe she has the authority to once again kick Sally out of her hotel. “What is it going to take for you to realize that you are not welcome here?” Phyllis will ask Sally. “Leave! Take your circus act somewhere else.”
Y&R Video Preview – At Each Other’s Throats For Months
Viewers know these two ladies have been at each other’s throats for months. Sally had a big hand in forcing Summer Newman (Hunter King) out of Genoa City. And Phyllis has made it clear that she’ll never, ever, forgive her for it.
Sally knows this all too well, but she continues to stir the pot. Even Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) recently advised her not to seek vengeance against her nemesis. But unfortunately, she didn’t take his advice to heart.
Instead, Sally tried to interfere in Phyllis’ relationship with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). She happened to run into Nick after she saw Phyllis with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). He was leaving a message for his girlfriend, asking her to meet him for lunch. But Sally told him Phyllis couldn’t make it. “She is where she always is lately,” she said. “With Jack.”

However, at the launch party, Sally will not take kindly to Phyllis’ threats. “Go to hell, b*tch,” she’ll say. Then she’ll throw a drink in Phyllis’ face. And a shocked and furious Phyllis will immediately grab an ice bucket and pour it over Sally’s head.
Then Adam and Jack will rush over to break it up. “Hey – Phyllis started it,” Sally will tell Adam, who brought her to the party as his date. “Get out of here!” Phyllis will yell, as Jack holds her back. But are you on Team Phyllis or Team Sally?
