The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, September 13 reveals Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will be outraged by her father’s latest move.
Also coming up, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will issue a threat to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Plus, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will see a connection between Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). And Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will hook up with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
Y&R spoilers tease Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will demand to know what Tucker did to her mom. He’ll say he did nothing to upset or hurt Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), she’s still in Paris thinking things through. But Abby will tell him she wants answers. “You stay the hell away from me and you tell the rest of the Abbotts to do the same,” Tucker will tell her.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Chance Is The New GC Chief Of Police
At Chancellor Park, Sharon will tell Chance Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going to join Kirsten and she’s flying out to the west coast. Then Summer will approach and tell Chance he helped her when she needed a friend. “I’m glad I could be of service, mam,” Chance will say and she’ll smile. And Sharon will look at her suspiciously. Chance will get a call and say it looks like he’s going to be the new chief of police. After Chance and Sharon leave, Summer will flashback to moments she’s spent with Chance.
At Crimson Lights, Nikki will ask to have a word with Adam, in private. “You can’t accept that Victor cares about you, so you screw him over to prove that you don’t need him,” Nikki will say. She’ll tell him if he pulls anything with Victor, she’ll destroy his life and every connection to people he cares about. “All hell will reign down on you.”
Meanwhile, Victoria will tell Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) she’s not surprised by Nick’s decision because he doesn’t trust Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Then again, Nick chose to work alongside Adam and who is less trustworthy than him? “I think Adam has learned his lesson,” Victor will reply. “I believe him and I think once Nicholas calms down, he’ll be willing to return.”
But Victoria will say they can’t wait forever for her brother. “Which is why I am lobbying to promote Nate immediately as co-CEO.” Victor will say he’s decided who will fill the chair and it won’t be Nate. Victoria will suspect that he’s going to make Adam co-CEO and she’ll tell him she’ll walk out the door if that happens. But he’ll say Adam’s going to start at the bottom and work his way up.

So, Victoria will ask who he’s handing the position to. “You,” he’ll reply. “I’ll take over the reigns, you’ll be my co-CEO.” Victoria will sneer and say dedication to Newman means nothing, unless your name is Victor or Adam Newman. Victor will assure her she’ll still have power. “But I will take the reigns of this company, that I built!” Victoria will reply that it hardly feels like unity. “You are either pushing, or driving everyone away!”
Nikki will walk in as Victoria storms off. “What’s happened now?” she’ll ask. He’ll tell her what he’s decided. “Not only will Victoria feel undermined but I worry about what the stress of working at Newman again will do to your health.” Then Adam will walk in and he’ll tell Victor he’s there to serve him. “Whatever you want, just consider it done.”
At the Jazz Club, Nate will tell Audra Nick isn’t coming back to Newman, which means the second in command position is open. ” She’ll ask if Victoria offered it to him. He’ll say not yet, but it’s the logical move. “Word of advice, don’t ever think you’re invincible.,” she’ll say. Then Tucker will show up and Nate will get a message from Victoria to meet her in the club dining room. Tucker will tell Audra his sob story. She’ll follow him up to his room and they’ll kiss. But will they sleep together?
Finally, Victoria will tell Nate her father demoted her. He’ll ask what she’s going to do about it. But she’ll say she can’t make a decision like this while she’s so angry. So, they’ll head upstairs and have sex. “I’m going to fight my father on this,” Victoria will decide. “I’ll be damned if I’m going to let him take this away from me.”
