The Young And The Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, November 1 suggest Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) their relationship isn’t working.
Also coming up, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will try to help Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) come to grips with Chance’s death. Plus, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will pry and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) speculates.
Y&R spoilers tease Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will run into Sally at Society. She’ll invite him to join her for lunch but he’ll say he has a meeting. She’ll ask with who but he won’t say. “Makes me wonder if it has something to do with that missing man Billy was talking about,” Sally will quip. And indeed, Adam will sit down with Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) private investigator.

Meanwhile, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will arrive at the Chancellor estate and Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) will fill her in. Ashley will rush to Abby’s side. Dominic will start crying and Abby will pick him up. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will offer to take him out for a bit.
The doorbell will ring and Abby will say she doesn’t want to see anyone. But it’s Sharon, who got a text from Mariah. “Sharon I understand that you want to help,” Abby will say. “But if I walk through that door I’m afraid I’ll start screaming and never stop.” She’ll ask Sharon how she’s going to go on without her husband.
Back at Society, Nick and Phyllis will sit at the bar. But Nick will spot Adam and the investigator and become obsessed. “They’re clearly scheming about something,” he’ll say. “They’re not even trying to hide it.” Phyllis will ask him to let it go and focus his attention on them. “I mean, who cares what your dad and Adam are planning.”

Nikki and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will arrive and will ask them to join them. Nikki will wonder what’s going on with Adam and the investigator. Then they’ll discuss Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) and Jack will say he knew nothing about it. Phyllis will tell Jack he’s lucky to have been left in the dark. “Okay, you’ve made your point, that’s enough,” Nick will say. Then Phyllis will look down at her phone, see there’s no messages but will lie about a work emergency and leave.
Finally, Nick will walk into the Grand Phoenix and tell Phyllis he wishes she hadn’t left. “I knew what I signed up for. I knew your family history,” she’ll tell him. “It didn’t matter to me because I love you and the whole thing is worth it. It was worth it.” Nick will agree that it was. “Who are we kidding,” Phyllis will respond. “This isn’t gonna work.”
