The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, September 16 reveals Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will approach a wary Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) at Crimson Lights.
Also coming up, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will get busted by Claire Grace (Hayley Erin). Plus Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) will argue. And Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) will fret.
Y&R spoilers tease Victoria and Cole will revel in the afterglow of their lovemaking. Cole will tell her it seems like they finally got their timing right. Then he’ll say he’s thinking about resigning from Oxford and staying in Genoa City for good.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Claire And Kyle Flirt Over A Plate Of Fries
Downstairs, Claire and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will flirt, as they share some fries. And Claire will have a big smile on her face when she sees her parents come down from a suite. Cole and Victoria will be a little embarrassed, but they’ll walk over to their daughter’s table.
Claire will ask what Victoria was doing in her dad’s room, causing a moment of awkwardness for all involved. But they’ll sit down with Kyle and Claire and have dinner. Claire will ask Cole about his trip to England and he’ll say he’s packed up most of his things and is planning to resign. Of course, Claire will be thrilled.
At Daniel’s place, Heather will arrive home and Daniel will say Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) is locked in her room. They’ll discuss their jobless situation and their frustration. “Maybe we really do need to expand our horizons,” Heather will say.
But Daniel believes leaving town would be a huge mistake. He’ll add that Lucy threatened to run away if they tried to drag her to Portugal. Plus, it sends a message that they’re running away from their problems. Then Lucy will walk into the room. “You just want to get me as far away from Sharon and Faith as possible!” she’ll whine.
Heather will say no, she’s suggesting they leave to keep Sharon from Lucy. But her daughter will tell her they’ve moved around constantly and she can’t do it again. “You just wanna drag me around, it is totally unfair!” After Lucy storms off, Heather will be angry that Daniel didn’t back her up. He’ll say he couldn’t because he agrees with Lucy.
However, Heather will say she’s being practical. Daniel will remind her he has family in town and so does Lucy. He’ll say he doesn’t want to run away and she’ll ask where that conviction was when he ran away from her and Lucy. So, an angry Daniel will leave.
Young And The Restless Scoop – A Worried Faith Embraces Her Father
Meanwhile, Sharon will argue with Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) at her cottage. “Imagine how different your life would be if Cassie was still alive,” he’ll say. But Sharon will admit it’s pointless, she can’t bring back the past and dwelling on it makes it worse. “The time for dwelling is done,” he’ll reply. “Now you gotta act.” Sharon will accuse him of putting evil ideas in her head. Then she’ll take a deep breath, grab her purse and head out.
At Society, Nick will meet with Mariah and Faith. He’ll ask if either of them have seen Sharon and if anything seemed unusual. Mariah will say Sharon missed her doctor’s appointment. And he’ll say he thinks it’s time for an intervention and to ask Sharon for direct access to her doctor. Then the trio will arrive at the cottage and find a huge mess. And a worried Faith will embrace her dad.
At Crimson Lights, Esther Valentine (Kate Linder) will greet Sharon, who’ll say she needs a coffee. But Esther will suggest an herbal tea instead. Sharon will snap and say she wanted coffee. But Cameron will appear and tell her everyone’s going to think she’s psychotic. So, she’ll apologize and say the tea sounds like a great idea.
When Sharon walks out to the patio, Cameron will be waiting for her. He’ll tell her she can do this. “Go away!” she’ll shout. “Leave me alone!” And Esther, who’s bringing her a tea, will apologize for disturbing her. Nick will call the coffee shop and ask Esther if Sharon is there. She’ll say she is but she doesn’t seem like herself.
Finally, Daniel will walk in and Cameron will tell Sharon this is her chance, and she better not blow it. So, she’ll approach Daniel’s table and ask it he’d mind joining her on the patio. However, he’ll say he doesn’t think it’s a good idea. “Please?” she’ll ask. “I just want to clear up a few things.” But is Sharon going to harm Daniel?
