The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of October 9 reveals Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will flirt with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), much to Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) dismay.
Also coming up, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will be surprised by Audra Charles’ (Zuleyka Silver) sudden change of heart. Plus, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will keep a secret from Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). And Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will set Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) free.
Y&R spoilers tease Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) will surprise Daniel when she tells him she’s moving back to Genoa City. Heather will be excited as she talks about her plans. And rumor has it, Daniel will hide something from Lily. So, will Heather kiss him?

Over at Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) reception, Kyle will be stunned to see Audra there. She’ll tell him she’s sorry she ever let him go and she’ll ask him for another chance. But will Kyle be suspicious? All signs point to yes!

Finally, back at the reception, Summer will talk to Chance about his new job. He’ll say he can’t believe he’s going to be sitting behind a desk. However, Summer will say she’s glad because it means her friend won’t be in as much danger.
Nearby, Sharon will be distracted as she discusses her new beau with his ex-wife Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway). However, she’ll get green-eyed when she spots Summer laughing and flirting with Chance and she’ll make a beeline for them. “Hi Summer,” a smiling Sharon will say, as she takes Chance’s arm, making it perfectly clear he’s her man.
