The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, February 7 suggests Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will go ahead with the paternity test without Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) involvement.
Also coming up, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will warn Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Plus, a guilt-ridden Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will make a promise to Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpi). And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) wants Nate to be involved in a takeover scheme.
Y&R spoilers tease Elena will come home to an amorous Nate after her night shift at the hospital. He’ll take her in his arms and kiss her and then he’ll lead her upstairs. After they make love, she’ll tempt him to play hooky. Nate will say he can’t, but he’ll promise her a weekend getaway, which viewers know he’ll probably cancel at the first opportunity.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Adam Tells Jack Kyle Is Involved
At Newman Ranch, Victor will be surprised when Jack Abbott stops in. “Should I be hiding the silver and the jewelry and all that?” Victor will quip. “Now that you’ve resorted to becoming a thief.” But Jack will say he’s there to warn him. “You may have lost your son but I’ll be damned if you’ll use mine for your little underhanded plot,” he’ll tell Victor. The Mustache will chuckle and say he doesn’t need to do anything to undermine Adam, he knows he’s operating at Jabot on a subpar level.
Victor’s comment will give Jack pause for thought. And when he returns home, Adam will come to the door. He’ll tell Jack he wants to speak about his potential future at Jabot, before things get ugly with Victor and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). But Jack will say Kyle assured him he wasn’t involved. Adam will say he spoke to some people at Jabot, “and it turns out Kyle has looked into some of the projects that I’m directly overseeing.”
Meanwhile, Nate will run into Victoria in the hallway at Newman Enterprises. He’ll say he was hoping they could clear the air. Victoria will say they had a great brainstorming session and lead him into her office, where Victor and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) are waiting. Victor will ask to speak to Victoria alone, but she’ll say she wants to hear Nate’s thoughts on their plot to takeover Tucker McCall Industries.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Sally’s Getting The Test Today
Finally, Sally will get an appointment for a paternity test. And she’ll call Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) over to tell her. Sally will already be in panic mode. “If the father is actually Adam, Nick could walk away,” she’ll say to her friend. Despite that, not knowing is driving her crazy. Sally will tell Chloe they’ll need a swab from both potential fathers. She’ll ask Chloe how she should go about telling Adam.
Not surprisingly, Chloe will say telling Adam about the pregnancy would be a mistake. “Do the test with Nick first and if he’s the father, then Adam never even knows there is a possibility that he could be the father,” she’ll advise. Sally will say it doesn’t seem fair that Adam should be the last to know. “The last thing you need right now is to give Adam an excuse to come storming into your life,” Chloe will reply.
Then Nick will arrive and after Chloe leaves, Sally will ask him what he’ll do if Adam’s the father. “We’ll just cross that bridge when we come to it,” he’ll respond. Then she’ll tell him she’s getting the DNA test today. And thanks to Chloe’s advice, Sally will say she doesn’t want to tell Adam unless she has to. Of course, Nick will agree with her. But what is Sally going to do if the test proves Adam is the daddy?
