The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, January 12 suggests Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will pull a fast one on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Also coming up, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will open up to Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) about the night she tried to end it all. Plus, Lily Winters (Christel Kahlil) will unburden her troubles to Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei). And Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will discuss relationships with his son.
Y&R spoilers tease Billy will tell Chelsea he and Lily are over. He’ll be down in the dumps and she’ll suggest a movie. Billy will fall asleep on her couch and he’ll wake up calling her name. He’ll admit he had a nightmare about the night she tried to commit suicide. Chelsea will say they never discussed how that night affected him. Billy doesn’t want to burden her with his emotional baggage, but she’ll insist. “Delia. I wasn’t able to save my daughter,” he’ll say. However, this time was different. “You’re still with me.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Daniel Brightens Up Lily’s Bitter Day
Meanwhile, Daniel will run into Lily and notice something is wrong. She’ll tell him she feels like it’s been the longest day of her life. She and Billy are over and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) wants to end their partnership. “Everything in my life has fallen apart at once.” Daniel will tell her she deserves so much more. But Lily will say she chose to be with Billy and to partner with Devon and she’s failed. “You didn’t let anyone down, Billy failed you,” he’ll say. And Devon has failed himself by wanting to dissolve their partnership. Lily will say she still feels like a loser but he has made her feel a little bit better.
At the Glam Club, Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will ask his father how serious his relationship is with Sally. “I don’t know man, how serious is the Allie thing?” Nick will reply. Noah will say he’s extremely happy, he and his girlfriend just fit. “I’m happy for you. I remember feeling that kind of love,” Nick will reply.
“Sally and I are not in that kinda place, at least not yet. We’re not going to make this any more complicated than it needs to be.” But Noah will warn him that things can change in the blink of an eye. Nick will say he knows all about complicated relationships. “Trust me, this is not one of them.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Going For Drinks With Nick
However, Nick has no idea how complicated his relationship with Sally is about to get. In her hotel room, she and Chloe will discuss their presentation to Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). But Chloe will turn to personal matters. “You need to start making some decisions about your pregnancy,” she’ll tell her friend. “Sally, this is happening, you can’t avoid it.” Chloe will suggest she tell Nick but Sally will say she needs more time. Chloe will tell her she doesn’t have time.
Finally, Sally will say she doesn’t have any more time to discuss her bun in the oven, or their presentation. She’s going for dinner and drinks with Nick. Chloe will ask how she’s going to explain why she’s not drinking. Sally will tell her she’ll remind Nick about her upset stomach and doesn’t want to risk it. “You’re still dodging reality,” Chloe will reply. “You are in denial.” Then Nick will arrive and when they’re not looking, Chloe will take some prenatal vitamins out of her purse and place them on the table, just before they all exit the room.
