The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop reveals Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be in denial when she discovers she’s got a bun in the oven.
A Y&R sneak peek shows Sally walking into the living room area of her hotel suite, pregnancy test in hand. And a pensive Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will ask her friend what the test says.
“A plus sign, it says I’m pregnant,” a stunned Sally will reply. Chloe will say it’s huge news and will tell her she likes how calm Sally is remaining, despite the positive result. “But when you’re ready, if you want to talk,” she’ll add.
Y&R Scoop – The Result Could Just Be A False Positive
However, Sally will surprise Chloe by telling her it’s okay and she can go because she’s all right. Regardless, Chloe won’t want to leave, she’ll want to stay to support her friend and business partner. “You don’t want to deal with this?” Chloe will ask.
“I mean, there’s nothing to deal with,” Sally will respond. “My cycle is unpredictable and I’m not really that late and I mean, this could be a false positive, the test is unreliable.” Then Chloe will point out to her that she seems to be in denial.
But Sally will contradict her and say she was overreacting earlier and now she’s fine. Plus, they’ve got a lot of work to do, putting together their business plan. So, she just needs time to refocus and get her head together.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Will She Go Ahead With It?
“Are you sure you want to be alone?” Chloe will ask. Sally will say yes and tell her she’s fine. Then she’ll thank Chloe for going out and buying the test and staying with her while she learned the result. “I owe you,” she’ll say.
After Chloe departs, Sally will look worried. She’ll crumple up the paper bag and toss the pregnancy test in the trash. But will Sally decide to go ahead with the pregnancy? And if she does, who’s the father?
