The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop suggests Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will ask Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) to help prove his innocence.

Spoilers tease Sharon will meet Adam at his hideout next week and Shadam will discuss how to get him out of the jam he’s currently found himself in.

Sharon’s husband Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) was poisoned by a substance called thallium. It was found in their home, but only in the men’s products. When Rey searched Adam’s penthouse, he discovered the poison in a bag belonging to Adam. So he put out an APB.

Of course, Rey has no idea Adam had nothing to do with it. Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) was the mastermind behind the plot. She had Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) plant the poison and frame Adam.

Now there’s a manhunt on for Adam and he’s on the run. And the only person he feels he can turn to is Sharon. His powerful father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has called him several times offering to help, so why won’t he turn to him?

Regardless, he’ll tell Sharon that Chelsea has recovered from her stroke and has been hiding it. Everyone in Genoa City thinks she can’t even move, which erases any suspicion she is the perpetrator. But Adam knows she’s fully recovered. He cracked open the door to his penthouse and watched as Chelsea smiled to herself while she stretched in her wheelchair

“You want me to set a trap for some woman who, maybe she did recently recover,” Sharon says to Adam in the Y&R weekly preview. “But she’s still been through an ordeal recently and she might be out of her mind.”

Adam will tell her she’s the only person he can trust. So, what will Adam ask Sharon to do and will she agree to it?
