The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop suggests Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will find out her husband is very much alive.
Y&R spoilers tease Abby left Genoa City not just to get her head together, but to see if she could find any clues as to what happened to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).
On Thursday’s Y&R episode, she’ll be in a motel room, looking through a wooden box containing Chance’s things. She brought it with her so she could feel closer to him. “I can’t stop this feeling in my heart that you are out there, somewhere, alive,” she’ll say. And she’s right.

There’ll be photos of his fellow soldiers from when he served in Iraq and medals too. She’ll hold his medals, hoping they can somehow lead her to him. Then she’ll find a photo of a couple, Errol and Kim Dunaway.

“You said the real heroes that day were the medics who saved so many lives in that field hospital,” Abby will say. Then there’ll be a Chance voiceover. “Errol and Kim Dunaway. They treated me like their son. They deserved that medal.”
Abby will remember Chance telling her that he kept in touch with them, even after they retired. But where are they? She’ll find an envelope in Chance’s things with their return address on it. Coincidentally, they now live in a little town in Spain. So, Abby will call information and ask to be connected.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Kim Dunaway Will Call Her Back
A woman will answer the phone. Abby will ask her if she or her husband has been in touch with Chance in the last six months. The woman will say she must have the wrong number. Then she’ll pretend there’s a bad connection and will hang up.
But a minute later, Abby’s phone will ring. “I had to step outside to call you back, so he wouldn’t hear,” Kim Dunaway (Roxanne Hart) will say. “Chance is here. He’s alive but he’s in a bad way and he needs you.” Abby will gasp and say “Oh my God.” So, it looks like Abby’s heading to Spain after all.
