The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, September 25 reveals Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) wants Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to return home in a hurry, as she fights Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) pull on her.
Also coming up, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will order Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to set up Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for embezzlement. Plus, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will tell Sally his truth. And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will come close to firing his brother.
Y&R spoilers tease Billy will walk into the Abbott estate and ask Jack why he refuses to trust him. “I think this is about the offer that Ashley and Tucker made you when they were after Jabot,” Jack will say. “It was very enticing and you were tempted.” But Billy will ask Jack to skip the analysis and get to the point. “I don’t think this is working Billy,” he’ll say.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Phyllis Hacks Into Billy’s Account
Billy will ask if this is Jack’s excuse to fire him. “The only thing I did was give Devon a warning.” However, Jack will say he was clear he didn’t want him to involve Devon Winters (Bryton James). “Next time I saw you, you were with him, working behind my back.” But Billy tell his brother to be careful about throwing away his allies. “Especially when that ally has the ammunition to stop Tucker in his tracks.”
An intrigued Jack will tell him he needs to share information that would protect the family company. But Billy will say maybe it’s in his best interest to leverage it to keep his job. Eventually though Billy will tell Jack that Adam has dirt on Tucker. But considering his history with Adam, he thinks Jack should negotiate with him. And Jack will say he’ll reach out to him.
Meanwhile, Phyllis will work on hacking Billy’s finances. “You’re not only hacking into Billy’s accounts,” Tucker will explain. Phyllis will tell him he can’t just change the terms. “You took the money Phyllis so you’re in it man, it is too late to go back now,” he’ll reply. Then he’ll tell her she’s also going to hack into Jabot’s corporate checking account and make a sizeable transfer into Billy’s account.
But Phyllis will tell him she’s very uncomfortable with it and she’s trying to be a better person. “Why do you have a problem with Billy?” she’ll ask. Tucker will say he likes Billy, but he’ll help him reach his final objective. “What do you care if Billy gets in trouble for something that’s totally in character for him?” Once they’re done, they’ll come downstairs and Billy will spot them. And Phyllis will have a guilty look written all over her face.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Adam Wants Sally Back
At the GCAC, Adam will see Sally sketching at a table. He’ll apologize about the previous evening. But he’ll admit he’s not sorry he kissed her. Sally will say they shouldn’t make it more than it was. “If I had said nothing about it you would have been worried about what was really going through my head,” Adam will explain.
Then he’ll say the kiss reminded him of how good they were together. “For a moment there, I thought you were reminded as well.” He’ll say he sensed something when they kissed. But Sally will say that has nothing to do with where they are now. She’s with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and has moved on. Plus, neither of them have time for this mess. “You’re not saying you don’t want this mess, you’re just saying it doesn’t fit into your life,” Adam will comment. But Sally will deny it.
“I want you to wake up one day and I want you to come to me and say I may love Nick, but I’m still in love with you,” Adam will tell her. A shocked Sally will ask him if he thinks she has a secret longing for him. “This might be your truth but mine is that your truth is way too much for me,” she’ll admit.
Finally, Sally will return to her room and find roses waiting. And by the look on her face, she’ll assume they’re from Adam. But they’re from Nick. Hate that I’m still so far from you. Almost home. Love, Nick. “Nick,” Sally will say. “Hurry.” Then she’ll flash back to the kiss she shared with Adam.
