The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, September 29 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will stand up to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Also coming up, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will confront Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) about a coverup. Plus, Tucker will reveal his plan to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). And Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will hear disheartening news.
Y&R spoilers tease Billy will ask if Jack got any information out of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). But Jack will say he forgot to check his email. He’ll read the email from Adam and Billy will ask if it’s good news. “It’s better than good news, it’s the motherlode,” Jack will reply. He’ll tell his brother Tucker and Audra were involved in a coverup involving a singer and underage girls. So, they’ll decide that Billy’s going to deal with Tucker and Jack will deal with Phyllis.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Billy Knows What Tucker Is Up To
At Crimson Lights, Tucker will spot Audra and he’ll ask if Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) threatened to fire her when she saw them together. Audra will say she told Nikki she didn’t appreciate her trying to run her life. Tucker will remind her she could rid herself of Nikki if she works with him when he takes over Jabot. He’ll tell her about what he did to Billy and she’ll say Jack and Billy are going to know he’s behind it. “Good,” he’ll reply. “I want them to know.”
Tucker will confide it’s just a smokescreen for what he’s actually planning. “It’s something they will never see coming.” But Audra will ask why it’s so important to him and he’ll say he sold everything he had to be with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). But then her family convinced her to turn against him. “I lost something valuable to me, something precious, and now it’s their turn.”
Later, Billy will show up at Tucker’s suite and he’ll tell him he knows what he’s up to. He’ll remind him of when he and Audra covered up a scandal involving a singer and underage girls. “Guess who’s got those emails now Tucker?” Billy will say. “I do, and I’m going to use them to crush you, unless you back off.”
At the Jazz Club, Danny will say it’s a little strange seeing Phyllis in the flesh. “The last time I was in this room I watched you die.” She’ll whine about how badly everyone’s been treating her and Danny will tell her to take accountability. Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will arrive and he’ll ask Phyllis if she’s going to take the job. Danny will say maybe this is how she can prove she’s changed. But she’ll say she’s still dealing with the fallout of what Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) put her through.

Phyllis will lie and tell them Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) found Stark’s offshore account so she was able to pay off the insurance company. She’ll also tell Daniel that if the job at Kirsten does fall through, she’ll take whatever job he offers her. “If you really do this, I will be so proud of you Phyllis,” Danny will say.
Then Jack will walk in and ask to have a word with Phyllis. So, Danny and Daniel will head upstairs. He’ll tell his son he’s got a few months off from touring and was hoping to reconnect with Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), but she hasn’t answered any of his texts. “Christine’s in Lisbon with Paul,” Daniel will reply. “Apparently, they’re trying to work things out.” And Danny will look disappointed.
Finally, Phyllis will tell Jack she thought she was dead to him. But he’ll say he wants to talk about Tucker. “He convinced you to hack into Jabot’s financial system didn’t you?” he’ll say accusingly and ask if Tucker’s offering her money.” I know you did this Phyllis – so much for turning your life around.” But Phyllis will say she doesn’t have to listen to a word he says. “You have no idea what it’s like walking around this town with the condescending looks,” she’ll reply. “I’m tired of being Genoa City’s punching bad. So you, and everybody else here, can go straight to hell.”
