The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, September 20 reveals Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will suggest to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) they put up a peaceful front for their children.
Also coming up, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will be alarmed when she meets with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Plus, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will call a truce with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). And Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will go behind Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) back.
Y&R spoilers tease Lily will tell Devon Winters (Bryton James) that Victor sold his shares in Chancellor Winters. And not even Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) knows who he sold them to. She’ll say she’s going to meet with Victor, to get to the bottom of it.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Victor Will Share It With Her In Time
When Lily arrives at Newman Enterprises, he’ll assume she wants to know why he sold his private stake. She’ll ask if he’s lost faith in how they run the company. “It has nothing to do with that, nothing,” he’ll reply. Victor will say he initially stepped in to rectify the feud between her and Devon. “Who is this mystery investor that’s taking your place?” she’ll ask. But Victor will say he’ll share it in due time.
At Crimson Lights, Kyle and Summer will discuss their divorce and agree to keep it civil, for Harrison Locke’s (Kellen Enriquez) sake. “Is this us calling a truce?” Summer will ask. Kyle will say that putting Harrison first simplifies everything. “I’m not sure how we got here,” Summer will reply. “But I’m really glad we did.” Then he’ll lie and tell Summer her grandmother forced Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to dump him. Summer will say she hopes he takes it as a wake up call to return to Jabot.
Meanwhile, Diane will walk up to the GCAC bar and say good morning to Phyllis. “Diane, please, please don’t start with me,” she’ll reply. “We just tolerate each other okay?” But Diane will remind Phyllis she’s the reason Kyle and Summer are getting divorced. Phyllis will quip that Kyle barely waited three minutes before he jumped into bed with Audra. Diane will ask why she wouldn’t want to see their kids get back together. “If you and I can put up a united, peaceful front, maybe the two of them can do the same,” she’ll add.
But Phyllis will say she gave her word to Summer that she wouldn’t meddle. “You know what, on second thought, forget it,” an angry Diane will reply. “I don’t know why I’m even trying to have a rational conversation with you.” Phyllis will tell her to give it up, immediately. “Like forever.” Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will arrive and Diane will say she’s not surprised the two of them are meeting.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Spots Billy With Devon
Phyllis and Tucker will sit down and she’ll say she assumes he’s going after Jabot. “You’re close, but not quite,” he’ll reply. “Billy Abbott, I want you to give me access to his personal finances.” Phyllis will be stunned and want to know why. But Tucker will point out she’s not the only tech genius in the world. “I guess I’ll have to find another one.” However, as he gets up to leave, Phyllis will say she wants half the money immediately. “And the other half when I get into Billy’s financials.”
Speaking of Billy, he and Jack will discuss turning Devon against Tucker. “Devon is too decent a guy to keep Tucker in his life,” Billy will point out. “Tucker is a maniac, he doesn’t deserve Devon, or Dominic.” But Jack will tell him they need to find another way to drive Tucker out of town and to drop it. However, Billy being Billy, he’ll send Devon a message, asking to meet.
Finally, Devon will arrive at Society and Billy will say he needs to warn him. “I’m afraid your father is out of control again.” He’ll tell him he and Jack think Tucker’s whole relationship with their sister was just a ploy to get to Jabot. But Devon will not agree with him. “What’s your intention, Billy?” Devon will ask. Then Jack will walk in and see Billy sitting with Devon. And he’ll realize his brother went behind his back, yet again.
