The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, July 3 reveals Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will clash with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Also coming up, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will have Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) support, as she finds her strength. And Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be hell-bent on getting Newman Media back.
Y&R spoilers tease Nikki will run into Adam at Chancellor Park. She’ll tell him she’s sorry for his loss. But Adam will say it was his choice. “Our little girl is dead because of me.” Nikki will tell him it’s not true. “Well it is to Sally and she hates me for it,” he’ll respond.

Adam will head to Society and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will tell his son he’s worried about him. He’ll suggest he builds McCall into the powerhouse it was meant to be, as a way to get over his grief. However, Adam will say he’s going after Newman Media. “I built that company and I want it back.” But Victor will warn him not to mess with it.
Meanwhile, Sharon will admit to Nick she’s haunted that she killed a man. “How do I move on?” she’ll ask. “How do I find peace?” Then she’ll pull out a bucket and place Cameron Kirsten’s (Linden Ashby) mementos inside. Nick will pour lighter fluid over them, Sharon will light a match and they’ll watch it burn. Afterwards, Sharon will decide to use Cameron’s company to help make a difference. “As much as he terrorized me, maybe the gift of this nightmare is that I have found the strength that I’d forgotten I have.”
At Newman, Victoria will canoodle with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), until Nikki opens the door and interrupts. She’ll walk into Victoria’s office and ask to speak to her daughter alone. “Is your intention to keep Nicholas away from Newman Enterprises for good?” Nikki will ask Victoria. “I just found out you dissolved Nicholas’ support team.” Victoria will say she didn’t fire his team, she just reassigned them. She’ll also point out that Nicholas has many outside distractions that keep him from giving 110 per cent to Newman.

“Wow – you have an answer for everything,” Nikki will say. “This doesn’t feel like a business move, it feels personal.” But Victoria will deny it. She’ll say Nick and his team don’t see McCall as a threat, but Nate does, and that’s the kind of leadership she’s looking for in a COO. “Well as your co-CEO, I am going on record and warning you I find this to be unnecessary.”
However, Victoria will tell Nikki she needs to see the big picture. “Is all of this retaliation because Nicholas warned you about Nate?” Nikki will say, then she’ll point out Nick also warned her about Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), but she didn’t listen. “I think, deep down, you’re worried that he’s right this time as well.”
A furious Victoria will lash out, telling Nikki she and Victor always throw Ashland’s name at her, rubbing her face in her awful mistake. “Victoria, I am just trying to understand,” Nikki will reply. “You have a responsibility to the board, young lady, and to the family.” She’ll tell Victoria she’s alienated Nick, she’s going to war with Adam and Nate is cheering her on. “Nate is supporting me,” Victoria will reply. “Which is more than I can say about my own family right now.”
