The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, May 10 reveals Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will have a warning for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Also coming up, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will accept the CEO position at McCall, on his terms. Plus, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will eavesdrop on Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpi) and Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). And Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will lose one job opportunity and gain another.
Y&R spoilers tease Audra will meet up with Elena. She’ll ask if she found Nate and Victoria. “You should have seen them,” Elena will say. “They were so casually intimate, even in a public restaurant.” She’ll say Nate didn’t even try to deny what was going on. “He just admitted it flat out.” Elena will tell Audra she told Nate he could go straight to hell.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Nate Listens In On Elena And Audra
“I am done trying to save Nate from himself,” she’ll continue. “Victoria can have him, in fact, they deserve each other.” Then Elena will warn Audra to take precautions too. “If I were you I would watch my back,” she’ll say. “Nate has no loyalties and he seems to think he can do no wrong.” And neither of them will realize that Nate is listening in.
Meanwhile, Sally will meet Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) at the coffee shop and she’ll get bad news, via a phone call from Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). She’ll say Jill wants to wait on hiring them. Adam will walk in and Chloe will leave. Sally will tell him the job they were hoping to score has been postponed indefinitely. But Adam has another idea and he’ll offer her a job, working for him.
However, she’ll balk. “For one thing, Victor would lose it if you brought me in.” Then she’ll say his father offered to set her up anywhere in the world, besides Genoa City. “As long as I left the baby with him.” But Adam doesn’t care what Victor would think, McCall Unlimited is a wreck and he’s going to need a help to get it on track. So, he wants to assemble a strong team. “You are what I’m looking for, Sally. So my offer stands.”
Then Adam will head to Chancellor Park and run into Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). “I will accept the CEO position, only if you agree to back off,” he’ll tell his father. Adam will say his daughter and Sally are off limits. “I know this was one of your tests and she clearly passed, so leave her alone.” Then he’ll ask Victor if he agrees to his terms and he will.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Nikki Worries About Newman
At Newman, Victoria will admit to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) that something happened with Nate in LA. Nikki will ask if she’s thought about how it will impact the company. “I’m not going to let anything interfere with Newman continuing to flourish,” she’ll reply. But Nikki will point out she’s involved with a man who is firmly ensconced in their business.
Finally, Nick will walk in and after Nikki leaves, Victoria will tell him he doesn’t need to protect her privacy regarding Nate anymore. He’ll ask if Nikki knows. “Not just mom, Elena,” she’ll reply. She’ll say things are over between Nate and Elena. “The way you say it like that like it’s no big deal,” he’ll tell his sister. “Is it because you got what you wanted and nothing else matters?”
Nick will also point out that Nate, thanks to her, is a very big part of Newman Enterprises. “I trust the guy even less than I did before,” he’ll say. “If he’s not going to be loyal to the woman he lives with, or his own family, what makes you think he’s going to be loyal to you or to this company?”
