The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, September 10 reveals Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will not be pleased with Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant).
Also coming up, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will discuss invading Sharon’s privacy. Plus, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) makes it clear to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) that they’re over. And Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) thinks she, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) and Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant) should leave.
Y&R spoilers tease Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will check her phone as she sits with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) at Society. He’ll ask if she’s checking to see if she’s heard from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). “Is everything okay with you guys?” So, Chelsea will say Billy’s busy running Abbott-Chancellor.
However, Connor will point out Billy hasn’t been around. “We’re just taking a little break because we both could use some space right now,” she’ll say. But Connor will say he just knows she and Billy would still be together if it wasn’t for his OCD.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sally Tells Adam She Deserves Better
At the GCAC, Adam will spot Sally and tell her they need to talk. “I spoke with Chelsea and it all became really clear, you two have so much history,” Sally will reply. “I don’t want any part in it.”
Nevertheless, she’ll go to the park with Adam. He’ll say what they have has the potential to last a lifetime. But Sally will tell him he’ll never be able to control his impulses. “It’s who you are,” she’ll add. “Either way, I deserve better.” Then Adam will get a text from Chelsea, saying she could use his help and Sally will take off.
He’ll arrive at Society and Connor will ask his dad if he and Sally are on a break too. If so, it’s his fault. But Adam will say he and Chelsea make their own choices and he’s not the cause of them.
At Crimson Lights, Lucy will run into Sharon. She’ll beg Sharon to talk to Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) one more time and promise she’ll never bother them again. “Clearly you haven’t gotten the message, you make Faith very uncomfortable,” Sharon will reply. “She wants no contact with you at all, it’s over.”
But Lucy will say Faith hasn’t told her that, as Daniel walks in. She’ll add Sharon’s trying to stop them from being friends, because of Cassie. “I did lose a daughter yes, so I will do whatever it takes to make sure Faith’s stays alive,” Sharon will reply angrily. “And you don’t get to throw the worst memory of my life in my face just because you can’t get your own way!”
Nick will arrive to see Sharon yelling at Lucy, who will run out of the coffee shop. Daniel will remind Sharon his daughter’s just a kid. Nick will tell Sharon her public outbursts are getting out of hand. But a furious Sharon will say she shouldn’t have to defend herself to him.
So, Nick will call Mariah and tell her Sharon is lashing out at Lucy and he doesn’t think she’s getting any better. He’ll ask Mariah if there’s a chance Sharon’s not taking her meds anymore at all. So, he’ll ask Mariah if she’d be willing to snoop around at the cottage. “Yeah, let’s do it,” she’ll reply.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Sharon Has It Out With Heather
As for Sharon, she’ll spot Heather and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) at the GCAC. So, she’ll storm over to them. “What is it with this family?” she’ll say. “Lucy just accosted me in public, demanding to see Faith, again.” But Heather will tell her she doesn’t get to tell her how to parent her own daughter. “Goodbye,” she’ll add, as she leaves.
So, Phyllis will ask Sharon how she can dare come after her family like that. She’ll add that she’ll let it go because she’s not herself these days. “Not myself?” Sharon will shout. “What does that mean?” Then Sharon will tell Phyllis she has a mini-me in Lucy. “Get your family to back down.” When Sharon leaves, Phyllis will say to herself that this insanity has to stop.
When Daniel and Lucy get home, he’ll tell his daughter Sharon was out of line, but she should never have invoked Cassie. But Lucy won’t be having it. She’ll say it’s his fault she can’t see Faith. “Your selfish decisions are literally ruining my life, just like they always have.”
Lucy will tell him everyone is trying to get between her and Faith. “You just can’t believe that somebody would just like me for me.” They’ll get into a shouting match and Heather will walk in and tell them to keep it down.
Finally, Daniel will send an exasperated Lucy to her room and Heather will say she just ran into Sharon. She’ll suggest they need more than one week in Portugal. “I think it might be time to find a new town to call home.”
