The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, August 6 reveals Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has had enough of Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Also coming up, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will be shocked by Lucy Romalotti’s (Lily Brooks O’Briant) confession. Plus, Billy will comfort Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). And Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will continue to battle a vision of Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby).
Y&R spoilers tease Sally will run into Billy at Society. They’ll discuss Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Then Billy will notice there’s something off with Sally and she’ll ask if they can go for a walk.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sally Tells Billy She Is Not Grieving Alone
Once they arrive at the park, Sally will tell Billy that a year ago, she and Adam lost Ava. “Adam hasn’t even mentioned it, I’m not sure he even remembers,” Sally will say. But Billy will tell her nothing guts you like losing a child and he’s probably suppressing it for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) sake.
“I’ve been there, I’m still there, I’ll always be there,” Billy will add. “I’m really sorry you had to mourn the loss of a baby girl in silence today, on your own.” But she’ll say she’s not on her own and she and Billy will embrace. Then Sally will go home and cry alone, holding Ava’s pink wool hat, because Y&R isn’t depressing enough these days.
Meanwhile, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will ask Lily if Billy is still taking his victory laps, or putting in some of the work. “You know your brother had dreams about the great things our family could do at Winters,” Nate will add. “But you shattered those dreams, I just hope it’ll be worth it.”
She’ll say she didn’t choose Billy, she chose Chancellor. Then Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will walk in. “So, are you coming after Billy and me?” Lily will ask Victor. But he’ll say his warning was out of concern for her. When they walk away, Nate will ask what will happen if Billy puts the company into a nosedive.
“It is so insulting to imply that I’m weak and have bad judgement,” Lily will respond. “I can’t wait to prove you all wrong.” Lily will head to the coffeeshop and Daniel will ask her if she’s keeping Billy in check and she’ll give him a chilly look. Then she’ll run into Billy and tell him she made a mistake. So, he’ll ask if she’s backing out and bailing on him. “I’m not leaving Chancellor Billy,” she’ll reply. “You are.”
At the concert, Lucy will bump into Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and almost fall over. A concerned Faith will lead her outside. She’ll smell Lucy’s breath and ask how much she’s had to drink and how she got it. Lucy will say she took it from her mom’s place and hid it in her bag. She’ll say she wanted to be cool like her and she’ll promise to pour the alcohol out. However, Faith will insist they leave, now. In the car, Lucy will beg Faith not to tell her parents.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Faith Is Not Too Happy With Lucy
At Sharon’s cottage, she’ll tell Cameron to go away. But he’ll say she has to face her fears. “For the first time, in a long time, there’s nothing regulating your mind.” Cameron will add that now she can face her problems head on. “I lost Cassie and I almost lost Faith, because of you, so it’s all jumbled together,” Sharon will reply. He’ll say she couldn’t save Cassie. “And you live with that every single day. But is that really living?”
Cameron will start talking about Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). And Sharon will tell him he deserved everything Nick did to him. “But you don’t deserve everything Nick did to you!” he’ll shout. “Maybe you need something that only I can give you.” Then Faith and Lucy will walk in and Cameron will disappear. “You’re home early,” Sharon will say. “What happened?”
So, Faith will say Lucy wasn’t feeling well and they had to leave. “I’m really sorry I had to ruin your night,” a relieved Lucy will say. But Faith will tell her keeping her safe was more important than a concert. Then Daniel will arrive and Lucy will say she wasn’t feeling well and they’ll head out.
“Poor thing, I hope she feels better,” Sharon will say. “Poor thing,” Faith will reply. “It’s so not what you think.” Faith will tell her mom that Lucy was drinking. “She said she was drinking because she wanted to be cool, mature and impress me,” she’ll add. “I just hope she learned her lesson.”
Sharon will say Lucy’s parents should be told the truth. But Lucy will nip that in the bud when she and Daniel arrive at Crimson Lights. “I drank dad, I snuck some vodka and Faith found out,” she’ll tell her shocked father.
