The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, January 9 reveals Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will lose it with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
Also coming up, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will witness a surprising moment between Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Plus, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will be fed up. And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will be surprised by Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) request.
Y&R spoilers tease Adam and Nick will go over their presentation and talk about how they’re going to crush it. Then Sharon will walk in. “Okay, I won’t pretend that this is normal but I love it,” she’ll say. “Now who’s gonna explain?”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sharon Witnesses An Unusual Toast
Nick will say Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) told them they had to get along and Adam will add that’s why they’re trying to find some common ground. They’ll toast to each other and Sharon will say they seem poised to accomplish big things together.
Adam will leave and Sharon will sit down with her ex-husband. She’ll tell him she broke up with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) but say she’s in no rush to meet someone new. “When the right guy comes along, I will know,” she’ll add. “You and I are lucky that way because we both know what it’s like to have had the real thing.”
Meanwhile, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will do a double-take when she sees Cole sitting on the patio at Crimson Lights. She’ll flashback to a fight she had with him about Victoria, and approach him and ask what he’s doing in town. He’ll tell her he returned for a family issue. Then he’ll say he heard she got married but it didn’t work out. “I’m sure you were too good for him.” But then Victoria will walk in and interrupt them.
Ashley will head out and Cole will say they should consider telling people their daughter is alive. However, Victoria will say Claire doesn’t want them in her life. But she’ll get a call from Memorial, saying Claire wants to see them. They’ll show up and Claire will say she hasn’t changed her mind. But she has one final request. “I need to face Jordan. I have to tell her to her face, once and for all, how I feel about her,” she’ll tell them. “Will you help me make this happen?”
Other Y&R spoilers tease Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will sense something’s off with Chance, and she’ll invite him to lunch so they can have a long talk. Plus, Adam will update Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) on his good news.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Audra Cuts Ties With Tucker
At the GCAC, Audra will push Tucker to admit that he still can’t get over Ashley. “The second you think you have a shot to get her back, every plan we have goes down the drain.” Tucker will say he’s always been focused on their plan. “Tell me the truth, is Ashley going to ruin this or can I still trust you?” “Yes,” he will reply. But Audra will say he’s pining for a woman who doesn’t want him. “I have a career to salvage and it’s not gonna happen with you.”
Tucker will head to his room and get a call from Kyle. But Tucker will tell him Audra spilled the beans. Kyle will try to explain but Tucker will hang up. So, Kyle will tell his father Audra blabbed to Tucker. He’ll say he’s going to the office, but instead he’ll show up at Audra’s door. “What the hell were you thinking?” he’ll ask, after he barges into her room. “You told Tucker I was going to sabotage his plan?” She’ll lie and say she did it to protect him but Kyle won’t believe her.
Finally, Tucker will come to her door. “It’s over Kyle, I don’t need you to steal from Jabot,” he’ll say to him. But Kyle will ask what the point was of involving him in the first place. “If I look past all the hair gel, I do see a little potential,” Tucker will tell him. But first he’d have to break free of his father’s stranglehold. “And if you do I think that maybe you, like him, could become a world class bastard.” Then a furious Kyle won’t hold back – he’ll punch Tucker, knocking him to the floor.
