The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, June 8 reveals Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will arrive at Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) suite with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). But it’ll be too late.
Also coming up, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will insist that Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) leave. Plus, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will ask Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to look after Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). And Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will tell Kyle that his wife’s actions were reprehensible.
Y&R spoilers tease Sharon will ask Faith if she’s worried. “It’s kind of like living in a horror movie,” she’ll admit. There’ll be a knock on the door and when they don’t answer, someone will jiggle the doorknob. They’ll pick up croquette mallets, but it’ll be Mariah. “This has us all of us on edge, which is why I am about to apologize for what I’m about to say,” Sharon will tell her daughter. “Faith, I think it’s time you leave.” However, Faith will ask who will protect her if she leaves. But Sharon will insist.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Sally Tells Nick She Ran Into Cameron
Meanwhile, Nick will head to Sally’s room and she’ll ask him to tell her what’s going on. “Several years ago, Sharon and I put away a very bad man,” he’ll say. “But now he’s back.” And he’ll tell her everything that’s happened in the past couple of days.
Nick will tell advise that if she sees Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) she should run, and he’ll show her a picture of him. “Oh my God, I met him!” she’ll exclaim, adding he was nice. “It was a coincidence, he had no idea who I was.” But Nick will tell her if she sees him again, “you treat him like poison.”
Then Nick will run into Adam in the lobby. “I have a favor to ask,” he’ll say. “I need you to look after Sally for me.” He’ll tell Adam about Cameron’s return and he’ll be horrified. “You have now brought this chaos to Sally’s door,” Adam will reply, but he’ll agree to look out for Sally. “You know what I find telling Nick, when two women in your life need attention and care, which one you’re choosing to focus on.”
At the Abbott estate, Kyle will hear his parents planning their wedding. He’ll be in a sour mood and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will ask what’s gotten into him. “Nothing feels right,” he’ll respond. But he doesn’t want to bring them down, so he’ll leave. Then they’ll discuss his sister, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) and Jabot. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will say she knows how to get to them. “Promote me,” she’ll suggest to Jack.

Meanwhile, Summer will show up in Phyllis’ suite and tell her everything is about to hit the fan. “You told Kyle the whole truth, didn’t you?” Phyllis will ask. She’ll say Kyle pieced everything together, so she had to come clean. “He’s right though. I chose you over everyone.” Summer will tell her she needs to leave. But Phyllis will have another idea. “Maybe I should put an end to this and let Chance arrest me.”
At Chancellor Park, Kyle will encounter Mariah and he’ll ask if she can keep a secret. He’ll lay it all out for her and ask what he should do. “I have tried very hard to see the good in Summer and accept her,” Mariah will tell him. But she’ll admit she’s never trusted her. “The truth is, she chose her mother over you,” Mariah will say. “She knew Phyllis was alive and let your mother get blamed for Phyllis’ murder. That is reprehensible.” Kyle will ask what he should do. “You know Kyle and I am so, so sorry.”
Finally, Kyle will walk into Crimson Lights and spot Chance. “I’m going to tell you exactly what I told your wife, there have been zero credible sightings of Phyllis,” he’ll tell Kyle. “Until now,” Kyle will reply. Chance will ask who’s seen her. “I have,” Kyle will say. “Follow me.” They’ll arrive at Phyllis’ suite, but she’ll be gone. “Somebody tipped her off and helped her take off in a hurry,” Kyle will say. “My wife. You find Summer, you’ll find Phyllis.”
