The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, December 6 reveals Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) will not like what she sees.
Also coming up, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will purposely spill Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) news to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will gloat. And Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will taunt Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
Y&R spoilers tease Claire and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will meet up at the ranch. Claire will say today’s the day she has to tell Kyle and Summer she won’t be taking care of Harrison Locke (Redding Munsell) anymore. She’ll say she and Kyle have gotten closer and she’s nervous.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Victor Tells Kyle He Set Just Set Off A Time Bomb
“Victor’s not exactly Kyle’s favorite person right now, I just don’t want this to come between us,” Claire will admit to Nikki. But Nikki will tell her to never give up her power to anybody, even if it’s to someone she loves.
Speaking of Kyle, he and Summer will have breakfast at Society. He’ll tell her he’s going back to Jabot as co-CEO. Summer will be happy for him. Then Kyle will admit his parent’s public outbursts were an act. Summer will ask how Kyle can let Diane off the hook. But Kyle will say Diane offered to step aside at Jabot for him.
Then Victor will walk in. He’ll greet Summer and ask if he can speak to Kyle alone. “So, the prodigal son returns,” he’ll say to Kyle. And he’ll ask if he’s happy to be returning to the family fold. “I only care about what you tried to do to me and my family and I will never forgive you for that,” Kyle will reply.
Victor will ask what he’s accusing him of. And Kyle will say he used him to try to hurt his father. “But you failed.” Victor will say his mummy handed him the keys to the Jabot offices and she’ll take them back. “I’ve just set a time bomb out at the Abbott household and I’m waiting for it to go off. I always play the long game.”
Kyle will get a call from Claire, asking if he can meet her at Crimson Lights. Diane will walk in and she’ll spot Victor. She’ll tell him Kyle’s back at Jabot and she and Jack are stronger than ever. “This vulgar display between you and Jack,” Victor will reply. “You don’t think I know that was a ruse?” He’ll add he knew the fix was in when she asked for Glissade. “It’s just a question of time before Jack and Kyle find out who you really are and what you’re really after.”
Back at the ranch, Jack will arrive to visit Nikki. He’ll congratulate her on her new job at Chancellor. Talk will turn to Victor’s revenge plot. Nikki will say none of the stuff that’s gone on would have happened if Jack hadn’t done what he did for her. “Was it worth it?” she’ll ask. And Jack will say of course it was.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack And Diane Look Up As Victor Arrives
Nikki will express her concern at his reconciliation with Diane and he’ll admit their fighting was all an act. She’ll say Victor suspected it. As they sit close together, chatting, The Mustache will walk in. “What the hell are you doing here?” he’ll ask. Jack will say he wanted to thank Victor for the Glissade companies he sold on the cheap. “I bought them,” he’ll add as he departs. “Thank you for the discount.”
Meanwhile, Claire will wait for Kyle at the coffee shop and Summer will walk in. Claire will say she has news. So, Summer will ask her if she’s taking a job at Chancellor. Claire will say yes but she still plans on seeing Harrison often. “Because of your relationship with Kyle?” Summer will ask.
Claire will tell her she wouldn’t call it a relationship, they’ve just gotten closer. She’ll ask if it upsets her and Summer will say no. Then Claire will point out she and Harrison have a special bond. “But you’re not the nanny anymore, you’re the girlfriend, it makes a big difference,” Summer will reply.
Kyle will walk in and Summer will spill Claire’s news. He’ll say he’s not surprised but he wishes she’d given him a heads up. But he’ll take her hand and say he’s happy for her. Summer will tell Kyle that Harrison’s going to be upset.
However, Kyle will say that Claire will still be very much a part of Harrison’s life. “And she’s becoming an even bigger part of mine.” Summer will tell Kyle she’s happy for him. “And you too Claire.” When Summer leaves, Claire will say that was weird. “Summer was acting almost jealous,” Kyle will admit.
Finally, Claire and Kyle will agree to have no more secrets between them. They’ll kiss and and Jordan will come around the corner, in her disguise. And as she spies on them, she will not look pleased at all.
