The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, January 14 reveals Ian Ward (Ray Wise) will face a major setback in his plan.
Also coming up, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) will come face to face with Jordan (Colleen Zenk). Plus, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will dream of Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will encourage Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Y&R spoilers tease Victoria will invite Chelsea to sit with her at the Jazz Club. She’ll say she heard about what happened between her, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). “If you wanna talk about it, I’m a pretty decent listener,” she’ll tell her.
Chelsea will say what happened wasn’t Adam’s fault. Victoria will admit that Adam has really stepped up, especially for Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). “I don’t think anyone would be surprised if you got back together.” She’ll add they’ve overcome so much in their lives and they’re better together.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Victoria Urges Chelsea To Move To The Ranch
“Adam and I are not you and Cole,” Chelsea will reply. “Given our history, I think it would be a terrible idea for us to ever be a couple again.” Then she’ll say Adam wants her to move to the ranch. And Victoria will urge her to do it. So, Chelsea will leave Adam a message, saying she’s made a decision.
In the sewer, Sharon will dream that Nick is there to save her. She’ll even envision him pulling the chain apart to free her. But then she’ll wake up. She’ll take a sip of water and spot a bar she could use. However, she won’t be able to reach it.
Meanwhile, Nick, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will discuss how Sharon’s car ended up in the river without her in it. Nick will tell Chance his theory. He thinks the same person who tainted her meds killed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) and put her car in the river.
Nick will add that with Ian back in town, his gut is telling him he’s involved. But Chance will say Ian was at Society when Sharon went missing. “What if he’s not working alone?” Nick will ask. And Chance will be intrigued.
At the motel, Jordan will ask Ian where the hell he’s been. He’ll say he was attending to business. “Ours, or yours?” she’ll ask. “What the hell is going on?” Ian will say the plan is the same. “Through these two lovely young women, I’ll get an all access pass to Claire.”
But Jordan will tell him she’s going to take her agenda into her own hands. “I am terminating this arrangement, tout suite.” Ian will tell remind her he intends to help her once he makes inroads with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).
“I wanted Sharon dead, but she isn’t, is she?” he’ll ask Jordan. However, she’ll lie and say her body just hasn’t been found. Ian won’t believe her and he’ll demand to know what happened, but he’ll get nothing out of her.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jordan Says She’s Already Out The Door
As Jordan prepares to leave, Ian will implore her to stay. “After everything we’ve shared, you’re just going to walk away like that?” But Jordan will say she’s already out the door. “Good luck with Mariah,” she’ll say as she leaves. “And have a nice life, Reverend.” After she departs, an angry Ian will ball up his fists and yell.
At Crimson Lights, Claire will ask Mariah if they’ve found Sharon. Mariah will say no. Claire will point out maybe Sharon doesn’t want to be found. But Mariah will say she’s sure it has something to do with Ian. Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will say he was at Society earlier and Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) kicked him out.
“The way you and my grandma talk about him, it reminds me of my Aunt Jordan,” Claire will tell Mariah. Then she’ll tell them about the tea order she overheard, which prompted her to call the prison to make sure her aunt was still there. “I don’t even know what I would do if I had to come face to face with her again.”
Finally, Jordan will head to the coffee shop and order her oolong tea with agave and half and half. “Thank you,” she’ll say to the guy who hands it to her. Claire will be standing behind her. “Jordan?” she’ll ask.
The villain will take off and Claire will chase after her. They’ll end up at the park. Claire will call her and Jordan will take her glasses off and turn around. “Hello kitten,” she’ll say to her niece. “My God,” Claire will reply. “It is you.”
