The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of December 18 reveals trouble in paradise for Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Also coming up, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will issue a warning to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Plus, Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) will push Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) buttons. And Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will interfere in Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) and Christine Blair’s (Lauralee Bell) holiday plans.
Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis will put a lump of coal in Christine’s stocking. Well, maybe not literally. But the fiery redhead will make sure to get under her rival’s skin, as Christine and Danny prepare to celebrate the holidays together.
Y&R Weekly Scoop – Nikki Horrified To See Aunt Jordan
Meanwhile, Nikki will see Aunt Jordan standing outside the window at the ranch. But is she really there or is Nikki just hallucinating? Regardless, the incident will send Nikki spiraling, right back over to the vodka bottle.
At the Jazz Club, she’ll run into Nate and may even be slurring her words. Because the former Newman Enterprises executive will immediately express his concern to Victor. “I have reason to believe Nikki might be drinking again,” Nate tells Victor in a Y&R preview. But spoilers indicate Victor will tell him the Newman’s are none of his business and he’ll warn him to stay out of it.
Other Y&R spoilers tease Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will try to get the Abbott’s into the holiday spirit. Plus, Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will learn she’s the biological daughter of Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck). And Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will make Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) a perilous offer.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Stunned When He Resigns
Finally, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will stun his brother when he resigns from Jabot. But Jack will accept Billy’s decision and wish him luck on his return to Chancellor Winters. However, what happens next will not only infuriate Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), it’ll also cause a rift between Jack and Diane.
Of course, Kyle is so entitled that he’ll assume he’ll be offered the co-CEO position Billy just vacated. And Diane will take it as a given as well. “Everything goes back to the way it should be,” she’ll say to her husband on Monday’s Y&R. “Kyle gets his old position back.”
But Jack will inform her otherwise. “Actually, I’m not sure that’s the right thing to do,” he’ll reply. However, will Jack’s decision cause a rift between he and Diane?
