The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, December 27 reveals Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will lay a passionate kiss on Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Also coming up, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will put Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) on blast. Plus, Devon Winters (Bryton James) isn’t buying what Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) is selling. And Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) will worry that Danny’s going to fall into Phyllis’ trap again.
Y&R spoilers tease Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will ask Kyle what will happen if their plan to stop Tucker doesn’t work. But Kyle will tell her to trust the process. “We can crush his business and he can still keep coming after us,” she’ll say. “We will take him down hard and you have my word on that,” Kyle will reply.

Speaking of Tucker, he will try to explain himself to Devon again, which will cause his son to say he regrets letting him see Dominic at Christmas. “I love that kid and I love you too,” Tucker will reply. “We’re family, and something that happened years ago doesn’t change that.” But Devon will tell him he’s wrong. “Family is about trust and you’ve proven numerous times that you can’t be trusted.” And he’ll suggest they no longer have any communication between them.
In her hotel room, Audra will watch a news report on Tucker and the scandal. When Kyle shows up, she’ll put him on blast. “My name is on those emails,” she’ll say. “I’ll be exposed, forever connected to this nightmare.” She’ll tell him he was just using her, stringing her along. However, Kyle will tell her to face the facts. “We were using each other,” he’ll reply. “Someone finally got one over on you, we are alike, so if you’re smart you’ll stick with me.”
Then Tucker will knock on the door. “Are you going to rat me out, or are you going to play to win?”Kyle will ask. “So what’s it gonna be?” Audra will let Tucker in the room and he’ll tell Kyle he can’t wait to hear his excuse. But Kyle will say he had no idea his dad was going to make this play. He’ll say he’s got what he wanted, all the details on a new product, set to launch in 2025.
At Crimson Lights, Christine will chat with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) about Danny. “We have been spending some time together and yes he loved his present,” a gushing Christine will say. Daniel will show up and Lauren will ask him to get Danny to come over. But Daniel will say he’s with Phyllis. Michael will ask what Phyllis is up to. “Phyllis will do anything to undercut my happiness, including making a move on Danny, right now as we speak,” Christine will say.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Not Big Enough For Them Both
Meanwhile, Phyllis will ask Danny if they can go somewhere to be alone. So, they’ll head to Daniel’s apartment and Danny will ask what’s on her mind. Then Phyllis will grab him and plant a smooch on him. She’ll say it’s like all their history has faded away. Danny will admit there’s a change in their dynamic but it’s because they’re getting along. “This is definitely not friendship,” Phyllis will reply. He’ll tell her he sees she’s a changed woman, but it’s not where he’s at. “There’s something between us, you know it,” she’ll say, plant another kiss on him and he’ll pull back.
But then Danny will grab her and kiss her passionately. When he pulls away again, he’ll say he does have a lot to lose. “She’s ice, she’s ice cold,” Phyllis will reply. “With her you’d be going back and forth trying to rekindle some old romance.” And when Christine knocks on the door, Phyllis will hold Danny close. “You don’t know what you’re missing,” she’ll whisper into his ear.
Danny will let Christine in and Phyllis will smile and flirt with him as she leaves. “Do you want to tell me why Phyllis seems so pleased with herself?” Christine will ask. But Danny will say she was trying to save face. “She’s always got to one up her enemies, she can’t stand seeing anyone else be happy,” Christine will reply. “Especially me.” But Christine will ask Danny if there’s a part of him who’s open to the thought of pursuing a relationship with Phyllis. “Phyllis is not an issue, please don’t try to make it one,” he’ll tell her, pulling her into a kiss.
Finally, Phyllis will head to the Jazz Club for a drink and Tucker will sidle up beside her at the bar. He’ll say they keep running into each other, so it must mean something. “I think it means this town isn’t big enough for the both of us,” Phyllis will respond. But Tucker will say she might be right. “I’ve been thinking Genoa City’s becoming a little too suffocating for me.”
