The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, August 19 suggests Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will announce some big changes.
Also, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) wants to keep looking for their old family movies and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) wants some answers from Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).
Spoilers tease Traci and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will try to figure out where Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) collection of movies could be. When he’s called to Victoria’s press conference, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will tell Traci she remembers seeing some keepsakes of Dina’s in Paris.

Meanwhile, Chelsea will march over to Sharon’s place to find out what’s motivating her to treat Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). She wasn’t exactly thrilled to find out he’d gone behind her back to ask his ex to treat him.

Chelsea had wondered why he hadn’t chosen any number of qualified therapists to talk to. Then she told him he didn’t have her permission. She’ll tell Sharon she’s not going to be assisting her fiance.
She knows what Adam needs and she can help him get over his past better than anyone else, including Sharon. But when Sharon mentions her incision and tells Chelsea she has breast cancer, she’ll be stunned and will apologize.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Victor Newman Will Confront His Daughter
Finally, Adam will be at Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) as they watch Victoria’s press conference. They’re both sure she’s going to out him for killing AJ Montalvo. Instead, she’ll talk about how she’s back at the helm of Newman Enterprises. Then she will then announce she’s going to modernize the organization. Chancellor Media will be in charge of Newman’s media and Jabot is going to buy Newman cosmetics.
Victor, of course, will be infuriated and will confront his daughter about selling divisions of Newman to Jack and Billy Boy Abbott (Jason Thompson). She’ll tell him to leave her office and that he should focus his attention on Adam.
Later, Chelsea will arrive at the penthouse. She and Adam will briefly discuss the press conference and she’ll say she’s changed her mind about him seeing Sharon.
