Young And The Restless Scoop: Elena Dawson Talks To Amanda Sinclair

The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, January 19 suggests Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will ask Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) for advice.

Also coming up, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will warn Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) about her new beau and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpi) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will catch up. Plus, a second opinion dashes Abby Chancellor’s (Melissa Ordway) hopes.

Viewers should note, the Y&R will be preempted on Wednesday, January 20 for the United States presidential inauguration ceremony. The show will return on Thursday, January 21.

Young And The Restless Scoop – Surgeon Agrees With Abby Chancellor’s OBGYN

At the Chancellor mansion, Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will be looking up fertility issues on his laptop. A weepy Abby will come downstairs, moaning about not be able to have a baby. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will show up. Then he’ll call a surgeon who specializes in similar cases. “Maybe there is still hope,” she’ll say. But alas, the surgeon will call and tell her she agrees with Abby’s OBGYN.

Sharon will see Nikki sitting at Crimson Lights and tell her Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) has been acting out. “There have been a couple of times we know of that she’s been drinking,” she’ll tell Nikki. And she doesn’t know how to handle the situation. “So you decided to go to the family alcoholic for advice?” Nikki will reply curtly.

She’ll say she meant no offense and Nikki will shrug it off. When Faith shows up, Nikki will tell her they’ll see each other soon, as she heads out. “You told her didn’t you, about the drinking?” Faith will ask her mother. Sharon will say she needs to sit down with her grandmother and listen to her. But an angry Faith will tell her she needs to leave her alone and will storm off.

Young And The Restless Scoop – Nate Hastings Doesn’t Want Lily Winters To Get Hurt

Meanwhile, Nate will visit Lily at Chance Comm and will be surprised to hear she’s been dating Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). He’ll warn her that Billy got Amanda wrapped up in an intense situation while he was still married. And he hid their relationship from Victoria. However, Lily will defend Billy and say he’s changed. “I just wouldn’t want to see you get hurt,” he’ll say.

At the Grand Phoenix, Elena will ask Amanda how things are going with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). “There is no Devon and me, we’re just friends,” Amanda will reply. Then she’ll bring Elena up to speed on what happened with her birth mother. When she mentions how much Devon has helped her through it, Elena will look jealous and a little sad.
