The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, August 19 suggests Stitch Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) will have suspiciously convenient timing.
Also coming up, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will ask his father to dig into Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) past and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) ticks off Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway). Plus, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will intrude and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) feels guilty.
Y&R spoilers tease Nick will run into Ashland at Society. Ashland will ask him how he feels about his upcoming wedding to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). “It seems like she’s in love,” Nick will say. But he’ll add that Victoria’s made some questionable decisions in the past, when it comes to her love life. He’ll spot Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and say “look, there’s one right there.” Ashland will say everyone needs to stop second guessing Victoria and he’ll leave.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Who Kidnapped Mariah Copeland?
When he gets home, Victoria will be absolutely giddy about their upcoming wedding. But their Society takeout meal will be interrupted when Billy shows up. He’ll say he wants to speak to Ashland. Victoria will tell him he has no right to show up there and to make an appointment with her fiancé’s assistant. Ashland will say he’s enjoying watching Victoria tell him off.
Meanwhile, Nick will arrive at the ranch and voice his concerns about his sister’s wedding plans to his parents. “I’ve got my doubts,” he’ll tell them. “What does Victoria really know about him?” Then he’ll say his instincts are telling him there’s more to Ashland than they know. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will agree to do some digging on the Lockeness Monster.
At Crimson Lights, Tessa will break down when Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) tells her Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) hasn’t used any of her credit cards. “I knew deep down that something was wrong the entire time,” she’ll say. Tessa will blame herself – she should have gone to the police right away. But Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will tell her it’s not her fault. Rey will say there was no evidence at the time to do anything.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Abby Chancellor Is Very Ticked Off
Finally, at the Chancellor Mansion, Abby will be angry when Devon says he called Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) about Chance. Abby will say he crossed a line. “Your husband should know what’s going on,” he’ll say. Sharon and Tessa will show up and Devon will leave. And he still hasn’t told Abby that Stitch lied about the Chief Of Surgery position!
Sharon will tell Abby Rey suggested they all text Mariah’s phone, to give the person who took her a false sense of security. So they will and they’ll get a response. “Thanks for checking in. Love you all.” Moments later, Stitch will arrive at Abby’s door. “Are you okay?” he’ll say to Abby. “You seem upset.” Abby will tell him Mariah’s still missing and they’re all scared. But did Stitch kidnap Mariah?
