The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, May 14 suggests Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) will crash Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) engagement party.
Also coming up, Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) will tell her brother she’s moving to Miami and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will have some advice for Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Plus, Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be released from hospital.
Spoilers tease Adam will arrive home to find Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) waiting for him. He’ll ask him to make a promise regarding Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan).

Adam will say he thinks it’s best if he and Chelsea go their separate ways. He also hopes Sharon will reunite with Rey. One thing he does know is he wants to use Cyaxares to run Chance Comm and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) into the ground. “That is music to my ears son,” Victor will say.

Speaking of Rey, Lola will tell him she’s been asked to be a chef for a large conglomerate in Florida and is going to take the job. But it means she’ll be moving to Miami. Rey will tell her he’ll miss her. Later, Nick will tell Rey he needs to let go of his anger towards Adam. Nick will say he also knows Sharon wouldn’t cheat on him. However, will Rey believe him?
Meanwhile, Sharon will be thrilled to welcome Faith home and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will drop by to check on her granddaughter. Sharon will get a call from Rey, asking to talk. She won’t want to leave Faith but she and Nikki will encourage her to go. But has Rey decided he wants Sharon back?
Young And The Restless Scoop – Kyle Abbott Tells Sally Spectra To Stay Away
Finally, Kyle and Summer will look forward to their engagement party. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will meet with Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) at Society to make sure all the preparations are underway.
At Jabot, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will realize something big is going on and she’ll ask Kyle about it. He’ll tell her it’s he and Summer’s engagement party and to stay away from Society. When Skyle arrive at the restaurant, Jack will make a toast. Then Summer will say “oh no!” as she sees a distraught looking Tara standing at the entrance with Harrison.
