The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, October 31 reveals Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will find out his job is on the line.
Also coming up, Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) will catch up with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). Plus, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will spill Mamie’s secret to Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). And Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will tell Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) he’ll do anything.
Y&R spoilers tease Ashley will tell Mamie she and Tucker were starting a company but when push came to shove she couldn’t go through with it. “Tucker got really angry,” she’ll share. “He just erupted into this rage and I had to get away from him.” But she’ll say she could sort of understand it because of her decision. “It doesn’t matter what you did to him,” Mamie will reply. “That kind of behavior is unacceptable.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Kyle Wants What’s Rightfully His
At Lily’s condo, Nate will tell his cousins Mamie is still pushing him to quit Newman and join Chancellor Winters. “I didn’t think much of it at first,” he’ll say. “But then I found out something about Aunt Mamie that changes the whole ball game, and it isn’t good.” He’ll tell his cousins Mamie got a text from Tucker, suggesting they connect. “Let’s assume the company is under attack,” Lily will reply. “He’s using Mamie as his way in.” And an upset Devon will head off to confront his father.
Meanwhile, Tucker will tell Kyle he told Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) it was a bad idea to set up an alliance with him. “Blood is always thicker than water when it comes to the Abbotts, trust me I know.” But Kyle will say Jack hasn’t shown him any loyalty, so why would he be loyal to him. “Because he’s your father,” Tucker will reply. He’ll add that he’s not sure Kyle would be willing to just blow that up. “Watch me light a match,” Kyle will reply. “I want what is rightfully mine and I will do anything, anything to get it.”
Then Devon will arrive and after Kyle and Audra leave he’ll ask Tucker what his connection is to Mamie. “And this time please don’t lie to me.” But of course Tucker will lie and say he was going to talk to Mamie about him. “You don’t understand that the only thing I want is to be able to trust what comes out of your mouth,” Devon will reply. “I can’t believe anything you say to me moving forward.”
Devon will run into Mamie in the lobby and he’ll tell her he knows she’s there to meet Tucker. “Don’t trust him,” he’ll advise her. “He truly doesn’t care about you or me, he cares about himself.” So, she’ll head upstairs and tell Tucker she no longer needs his help with Chancellor Winters. She’ll say she spoke with Ashley. “And I also just spoke with Devon.” Tucker will quip that maybe he’s the devil himself. “Oh I’m not afraid of the devil,” she’ll reply. “But you are something else entirely.” Mamie will tell him he’s bad news and she regrets trusting him in the first place.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Jack Insults His Brother
Finally, Billy and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will discuss Ashley’s idea to play Tucker. Jack will admit he’s worried but Billy will say maybe they should trust their sister. “You don’t have faith in anyone that isn’t named Diane,” he’ll quip. Talk will turn to Jabot and Jack will tell his brother he offered Kyle the COO position, but he turned him down. He’ll say Kyle is only interested in one position.
“Let me guess,” Billy will reply. “He wants my job.” But Billy will be shocked when Jack says he’d like his son working by his side, however, nothing has been decided. Billy will tell his brother that doesn’t give him a lot of confidence because he knows Kyle is higher on the pecking order than he is. So, he’ll ask Jack why he doesn’t let Kyle work his way up and pay his dues.
“You honestly think you paid your dues Billy?” Jack will respond. Billy will be angry and he’ll tell Jack he’s insulted that he compared him with Kyle. “I’m guessing he feels he should be handed the throne because it’s his birthright.” Then Billy will ask Jack if he invited Kyle back to Jabot to keep an eye on him. “Well, message received loud and clear,” he’ll say. “I’m holding onto this job because I deserve it. And I’m going to fight like hell to keep it.”
