The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Thursday, September 19 reveals Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will confront Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Also coming up, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will make a grand entrance. Plus, Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will be shocked to learn Lily’s working for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). And Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) family will worry as she hides out at a motel.
Y&R spoilers tease Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will ask Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) how it went when Sharon returned home. But she’ll say it got so late, she went to bed. By the morning, Sharon was gone. She’ll tell them Sharon left her a message saying she was in Madison for a Cassidy First meeting.
But Sharon’s not in Madison. She’s in a seedy motel on the outskirts of Genoa City, arguing with Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). “What do you think is gonna happen when they find out you lied?” he’ll ask her. However, Sharon will say she had to tell them something. Plus, she did a remote check-in at the hotel in Madison.

Cameron will tell her she’s in a bind of her own making and it doesn’t look good. “Look at me, I’m talking to a dead man who once wanted to kill me!” Sharon will shout. “Maybe I do need my family to intervene, maybe I need to be put away!”
But he’ll tell her to stop running and get to it. If she rights the wrong that was done years ago, she’ll have everything she ever wanted. And once she saves herself, Nick will realize he never should have left her in the first place. Sharon will pull out a photo of her, Nick and Cassie. “I’m going to do what needs to be done,” she’ll say.
Back in Genoa City, Faith will suggest her mom figured out what they were up to and that’s why she took off. Then Mariah will get a text from Sharon, saying the man she was supposed to meet with wanted to meet with her instead. “It almost sounds legit,” Nick will say. But he’s afraid Sharon’s used this business trip as a way to run.
Mariah will call Sharon but she won’t pick up. Then she’ll suggest she go to Madison and check on Sharon. Later, Mariah will arrive at the Madison hotel, knock on the door and call out. When she gets no response, she’ll call Sharon, who will lie and say she’s getting ready for the meeting. “I’m here, in Madison outside your hotel room,” Mariah will reply. “Where are you?”
At Abbott-Chancellor, Billy will tell Phyllis he believes Lily fed Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) information about Odyssey Seven. Phyllis will say Victor set a trap for Lily in order to use her. “She truly thinks you took this company out from under her,” she’ll add. “She’s not focused, not thinking about the long game.” So, Billy will suggest they need to tick her off enough to see if she slips.
Meanwhile, Lily will spot Nate and Devon at the coffee shop. They’ll ask her if she’s going to take Billy to court and Lily will say no, she has a plan. But Devon will warn her not to underestimate Billy. Then she’ll get a text from Billy, asking to meet.

“Unless you’re willing to give Chancellor back to me, there’s nothing to say,” Lily will reply. But then he’ll call her. “I know what you’re up to,” Billy will tell her. “And you’re making a serious mistake.” Lily will say she doesn’t have time for this and she’ll hang up.
She’ll start to head out but Billy will walk in. “I know exactly how you’re coming at me and it’s not going to work,” he’ll say. Then Phyllis will stroll in and tell Lily she’s with Billy. “I am Abbott-Chancellor’s new COO.”
A shocked Lily will ask Billy if he could possibly stoop any lower. But Phyllis will tell Lily she double-crossed Billy and is getting what she deserves. “If you think you can trust Phyllis, you’re an idiot,” Lily will reply. But Billy will say the Odyssey Seven negotiation was doing well until she went to Victor and convinced him to sabotage the deal. But she’ll deny it and tell him he’s paranoid.
Billy will tell her she used to have integrity. “So, if there’s any chance for you,” he’ll continue. “You will be ashamed by what you just did.” After Billy leaves, Devon will ask Lily if she’s really colluding with Victor to take down Billy. “Are you out of your mind?”
Finally, Lily will admit that yes, she’s working with Victor. But he’s going to reinstate her as CEO at Chancellor, once he takes it over. “Did you get that in writing?” Nate will ask. Lily won’t answer him. But she’ll tell them both to stop underestimating her and she’ll storm off.
