Young And The Restless Scoop February 9: Audra Learns Tucker’s Keeping Tabs On Ashley – Billy Calls Mamie A Threat – Danny Feels Like A Chess Piece

The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, February 9 reveals Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will be furious with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).

Also coming up, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will still be in denial about what happened in Paris. Plus, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will have it out with Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). And Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) feels like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Christine Blair’s (Lauralee Bell) chess piece.

Y&R spoilers tease Christine will tell Danny they need to clear the air. “Can we go inside and talk?” But he’ll say he was on his way to the recording studio. “I just want to finish the important conversation we were having,” she’ll say.

Y&R Daily Scoop – Danny Storms Out On Them Yet Again

In Daniel’s apartment, he’ll tell his mother he feels like she’s going after Danny, just to beat Christine. “I couldn’t care one bit about what Christine feels,” Phyllis will reply. “I care about building something with your father, that’s it.”

However, Daniel will say Phyllis talks a good game but he doesn’t believe her. “It’s like a dagger in my heart that you’re pulling for Christine over me,” she’ll tell him. Then she’ll say she no longer wants to have dinner with him and she’ll storm out.

At  Crimson Lights, Christine will tell Danny she felt what was happening between them was real. But ever since Phyllis found out they were spending time together, she’s been throwing herself at him.” Danny will sigh and say he feels like he’s a chess piece between them and he’s sick of it.

He’ll admit he knows how difficult Phyllis can be. “Difficult?” Christine will respond. “That woman is a walking apocalypse.” And right on cue, Phyllis will be standing behind them. She’ll say she has concert tickets for a show he’s been talking about.

Phyllis will add that she forgot to mention it when they were at Daniel’s place. Christine will realize why Danny didn’t want her going into Daniel’s apartment and she’ll be angry. And Danny will storm out again.

Y&R Daily Scoop – Ashley Asks Jack What’s Going On

At the Abbott estate, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will tell Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) forgave him and insisted he remain her sponsor. Surprisingly, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) agreed, but he gave him a dire warning.

“Jack do you really think you can help save Nikki from all of this?” Diane will ask. “Or is she too far gone?” But Jack will say he doesn’t believe anyone facing an addiction is too far gone. Then Diane will ask if all the stress has him tempted to start using again himself and he’ll assure her it hasn’t.

Ashley will arrive home and tell Jack and Diane that Tucker bribed the waiter to back up his version. “How twisted could one person be right?” Then Jack and Diane will give each other a look. “What was that?” Ashley will ask. “What the hell is going on?”

Jack will say he wants to hold a family meeting and she’ll ask what they have to discuss. “You,” Jack will reply. She’ll ask what their sister told him about Paris. But he’ll tell her she should go unwind. “Stop it, both of you!” she’ll shout. “I wanna know why you wanna have a family meeting about me.”

Meanwhile, Tucker will approach Billy and ask if Ashley’s back from Paris yet. “It’s none of your business,” Billy will tell him. Tucker will say he just wants to avoid running into her. “She is the angry one.” But when he returns to his room, he’ll send a text to someone, asking them to alert him when Ashley’s home.

At Society, Mamie will suggest that Nate make Billy his best friend, so they can find out what Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is up to. “She is threatened by me and is trying to shore up her reinforcements,” she’ll add. “You should be worried and Lily and Devon should be as well.”

Then Billy will show up and ask what they should be worried about. They’ll all sit down and Nate will ask Billy if he’s part of Jill’s power play against Mamie and he’ll say of course not. But he’ll also ask if Billy’s trying to smooth the way with Jill, like he is with his aunt.

“Unfortunately, I can’t do that,” he’ll reply. “Because I agree with my mother, Mamie is the one who’s a threat.” So,  Nate will ask how they can solve this. “By convincing Aunt Mamie that coming after Jill is a fool’s errand, one that I guarantee will fail,” Billy will say.

Finally, Audra will arrive at Tucker’s room. As they’re making out, his phone will get an alert. She’ll pull it out of his pocket and realize he’s got a text that someone’s home. “Dios Mio!” she’ll shout. “You are still keeping tabs on Ashley, aren’t you?”
