The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, February 28 reveals Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will make her feelings clear to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).
Also coming up, Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) will be all in. Plus, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will reveal details of his plan to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc). And Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will back down.
Y&R spoilers tease Victoria will complain to Nikki that Victor went behind her back to have Claire released early. But Victor will say it’s a chance to eliminate Jordan (Colleen Zenk) as a threat. “Make dad see reason here,” Victoria will plead with her mother. However, Nikki will say she’s starting to think Victor’s plan makes sense.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Claire Asks Victoria And Cole For Support
She’ll point out she’s been unsuccessful in trying to trap Jordan. “That is why it is best that Claire lure that woman out of hiding,” Victor will add. “And you want to put my daughter in that psychopath’s crosshairs?” Victoria will ask. But Victor will promise no harm will come to Claire.
At the hospital, Claire will tell Michael she’d like to go along with Victor’s plan. “I already got the ball rolling,” he’ll reply. But she’ll tell him Victor said the decision was up to her. “Was that a lie?” Michael will say of course it’s her decision but he likes to do what he can before getting the green light.
“Does it change your mind about moving forward?” he’ll ask and she’ll admit it doesn’t. But she’ll remind him her aunt is devious. Michael will say Victor will insist on heightened security. “Be ready,” he’ll tell her. “You could be starting your new life as a Newman by breakfast tomorrow.”
After Michael leaves, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will arrive and Victoria shortly after. Claire will say she’s all in with Victor’s plan. And although Victoria will balk, Claire will say she trusts him on this. “I know you’re scared for me, but I really want to do this, and frankly, I can do this with or without you.” So, Claire will ask for her support and Victoria will back down.
Back at the ranch, Victor will tell Nikki the plan is that Claire will live with them. They’ll stage a photo with Victoria, Claire and Cole and issue it with a press release. But they’ll make it look like the photo was taken in Victoria’s house. And when Michael arrives, Victor will alert him of the plan.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Ashley Tells Him She Can Fix It
Meanwhile, Ashley will ask to meet Tucker at the Athletic Club lounge. “What the hell is it you want Ashley?” he’ll ask. Then Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) will grab his phone. “I told you to back off,” she’ll say to Ashley. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Ashley will tell Audra she knows she’s the only woman Tucker’s ever loved.
But Audra will say it always ends the same way, with Tucker’s heart broken. “He is as sick of this as I am,” she’ll say. “Why don’t you have some dignity and leave us both alone.” She’ll add Tucker wants nothing to do with her. But Ashley will say he can tell her to her face. Audra will hang up and Audra will tell Tucker Ashley wants him to tell her he’s done with her. He’ll say it’s a good idea, and he’ll ask Audra to go with him.
So, they’ll head downstairs and see Ashley waiting for them. Audra will tell him to let Ashley know their relationship is over. “You and I don’t work, never have, never will, and I’ve just been too dumb to realize it until now,” he’ll say to Ashley. But Ashley will tell him she wants him back. “I know it’s my fault, I made it all fall apart, but I can fix it,” she’ll add.
Then she’ll get up and walk over to him. “We can have everything we ever dreamed of, I know you can’t resist that.” She’ll kiss him but he’ll pull back. Ashley will stroll away and once they’re back upstairs, Audra will be livid. She’ll say they need to get away from Ashley’s toxicity. “Let’s go to Paris tonight!” But Tucker will only grin.
Finally, Ashley will return home and hear the voices in her head again. “I don’t like where this is headed. No, Ashley, wake up!” She’ll put her hands to her head and cry.
