The General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of October 25 hint Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will face another medical crisis.
Also coming up this week, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will seek revenge on Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). And Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will look for work. Plus, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will come face to face with the mystery man and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will turn to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
GH spoilers tease Carly wants Nina to suffer, and she will. Nina will freak out out over being arrested for identity fraud but Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will come to her rescue and offer to defend her. As for Carly, she’s had it with Nina and wants her to pay for keeping Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) away from his loved ones for months.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) feels much the same way about Nina. He wants her punished and he’ll turn to Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) for help. But will he ask Jax to fire Nina from Crimson or come up with another way to punish her?

Over with Willow, who’s having problems with Michael. She’ll open up to Sasha about it and will tell her friend she’s beyond angry with her beau. Sasha will have her share of drama this week too, courtesy of Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).
Meanwhile, Portia will have a run-in with Marshall (Robert Gossett). It’s rumored it’ll be a strange encounter and she’ll tell Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) all about it afterwards. Other GH spoilers tease Spencer will discover there’s a job opening at Kelly’s. But can he really handle working for Cameron Webber (William Lipton)?
General Hospital Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Rushed To The ICU
Finally, Valentin will face yet another crisis and will be rushed to the ICU. But before that, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will make a startling confession. She was frantic last week when she thought he might die.
And this week, he’ll wake up and she’ll make a confession. “I realized I wasn’t going to have a chance to say…” she says in the GH sneak peek. “To say what?” he’ll ask. But will Anna tell Valentin she’s falling for him?
