The General Hospital (GH) scoop for next week reveals Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will make a fiery exit from the sudser.
In an X post this morning, GH mistakenly leaked a video showing a tease for the Tuesday, January 7 episode. It previews a horrific scene at Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse.
GH spoilers tease Sonny’s place will burning, endangering the lives of everyone inside. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will attempt to save Michael, who is engulfed in flames and writhing in pain.

Of course, Sonny will also try to rush into the penthouse to his son’s side. But Jason will hold the mobster back by the door, as fiery ceiling beams start to fall into the living room area.
As viewers are aware, Chad Duell announced in November that he would be leaving the sudser. But no one had any idea how he would make his exit.
Fans speculated on the leaked video and the outcome of next week’s explosive episode. “So I’m guessing Michael is sent to the burn unit indefinitely until Chad comes back,” a viewer commented. “But at least Sonny’s penthouse is destroyed. That set was really showing its age.”

However, others weren’t as hopeful about Michael’s fiery fate. “If this is his exit which is absolutely horrible, I am done,” a fan said. “What in the actual ……… Michael can never catch a break,” another commented.
