The General Hospital (GH) scoop for the week of December 20 hints Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will confront her mobster brother.
Also coming up this week, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will suspect Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) is conspiring against him with his own father and Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will try to support Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Plus, Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) Christmas celebration will be bittersweet and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) hearing will begin.
Viewers should note, a repeat episode will air on Friday, December 24. But rest assured, GH will be back with a brand new episode on Monday, December 27.

GH spoilers tease Spencer will spot Trina chatting with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). He’ll assume the worst and he’ll be positive the two of them are scheming against him. And he’ll proceed to put Trina on blast.

Over with Sonny, who will celebrate Christmas with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and his children. But they’ll have mixed emotions about the season this year. Viewers can expect some tear-jerker scenes as Sonny and Carly recall past Christmas celebrations, spent with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Other GH spoilers tease Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will reconnect. Plus, Brando and Sasha will lean on each other, as they leave the hospital without their beloved Liam.
General Hospital Scoop – Phyllis Wants Nina To Finally Come Clean
Meanwhile, Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) will attempt to get the truth out of Nina. She’s pretty sure Nina still has feelings for Sonny and she’ll ask her if she still loves him. Then later in the week, Nina will prepare for her day in court. Her hearing will begin and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will do his best to defend her, with help from Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
Finally, Laura will head to the prison to confront Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). She’s sure her brother is responsible for the attempt on Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) life. But Cyrus will vigorously deny her allegations. “Don’t play games with me,” Laura tells Cyrus in the GH sneak peek.
